One of the four spacious bedrooms is also on the first level, with a queen bed and a full-size pullout couch. A newly-renovated full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer complete this level.

The three additional bedrooms and two full baths are on the upper floor of this two-story home. The master suite has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, a private outdoor deck, another Smart Wi-Fi TV, and an en suite full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a jetted spa, and a separate shower. The third and fourth guest rooms have queen beds and share a newly-renovated full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a concrete countertop, and a shower and tub combination.
