The apartment consists of a living area with sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette, a mezzanine with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Two extra beds available upon request (sofa bed). Priceless view of the Grand Canal. Rates include bed linen and towels. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a €50 supplement (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
