This well-appointed apartment offers a spacious and comfortable living space, spanning 85m2 and accommodating 6 people. Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a tastefully furnished and fully equipped interior. The apartment comes with all the necessary furniture and appliances, ensuring a peaceful time in Barcelona. Located in the heart of the Gotico neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Basilica de la Mercé, Las Ramblas, the Liceo, etc., you will have access to a vibrant and bustling neighborhood with a variety of services just around the corner. The apartment has a full shower, full kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, central heating, and also Wifi included.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.

A damage deposit of €300 is required. The property will charge this 14 days before arrival. Payment will be taken by credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition. The refund will be made in full to your credit card after an inspection of the property.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
