We stayed during one of the heatwaves and the AC and accommodations worked great for our family of 3. We were looking for space and laundry since we were wrapping 3 weeks of travel. It fit our needs, it was very centraly located, located in a local plaza so you felt more like a local than a tourist and the apartment had that basics of what we needed. The arrival experience was a bit odd. We met a very nice gentlemen to greet us but we had issues finding the apartment and getting in with the keys. Don't expect a hotel front lobby experience.My only complaint is that we were leaving on an international trip & cruise a few weeks before our stay in Barcelona. I had requested to take care of all final information ahead of time (payment and our personal info they requested) and I was assured that "an agent" would contact us prior to our stay. We left the country and during that time they requested final payment & reached out. I couldn't process the final payments on our cruise and the ports; there was some issue with the wifi/Id in my end since I was international. It caused me a lot of time trying to figure it out and I am sure they weren't happy that they didn't get final payment until arrival day and we were in Barcelona. Had we received everything when I requested a lot of miscommunication would've been resolved. Overall, the apartment & our stay was good and I would recommend staying. Just make sure everything is wrapped up before your travels!
