Modern Villa with lots of character PLUS additional small Guest Villa next door. Both properties are renovated with contemporary facilities and suitable for extended families.
STRICT POLICY. The property is offered to Family groups or Seniors only. Strictly no Stag, Hen or other parties, No groups of young persons. The lead Guest must be minimum 30 years old.
Please contact the Owner to discuss your requirements if your enquiry does not meet our policies outlined above.
Facilities include a large 10 metre Private Heated Pool, AC, WIFI, Secure Parking and Gardens.
Located in a quiet area with stunning Ocean views. Conveniently located for Restaurants, Beaches and Levada walks. By car:
Ponta do Pargo restaurants 6 minutes.
Paul do Mar restaurants and beach 7 to 8 minutes
Calheta Marina, restaurants and Beach 12 to 15 minutes.
As experienced accommodation providers, we welcome Guests from all over the World. But we are conscious to restrict the occupation of the premises to Family groups or groups of Seniors, in order to be most appropriate for this area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check Out time is 10am please. There are Guests coming in after you. The Pool man may arrive at 9am. Thank you for your custom.

Unused Food & Drink can be left for the Housekeepers to deal with.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Families and Seniors are welcome. Please enquire to the Owner if you have a query about the size of your group. Strictly no Party or same sex groups.

Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am. Please be respectful to neighbours.

Guest registration with the Borders Security Department is mandatory. Please return the SEF form to the Owner not later than 2 weeks before arrival
