Excellent location, quite spacious and clean. Nice shower. tight elevator, no soap, shampoo or any spare toilet paper in the bathroom, otherwise, would give it a 5!

For hygiene reasons we don’t provide opened toiletries such as soap and shampoo, but basic essentials should always be in place, and we have checked this with our team to ensure the apartment is fully stocked for every arrival. Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was so nice and roomy for the four of us. Everything was very clean. The shower was great, nice and hot. The location can’t be beat. We loved it here!!!

The Monop carries many of the things that you will want to cook. There’s only a two burner stove and no oven so take pizza off your want list. Cereal and eggs are easy. The washing machine does well however I recommend washing only and then hanging to dry. It will only take a couple hours for anything to dry if you use the fan. The shower is amazing but if you like a washcloth, bring your own. Management was always on time when it came to communications. The location is perfect for the Metro and other sites. Just enjoy your stay. We will be back.

Great location, noisy and hard to check in and out

Location couldn't be beat. As expected in old Paris flats, noise coming from the street and apartments around us was ever present. Checking in and out we off-site which is very inconvenient if the weather doesn't help and if checking out early

Charming Apartment in a Great Parisian Neighborhood

I stayed in a charming apartment, located in a lovely Parisian neighborhood with classic buildings. Just a short walk away is the famous Palais Garnier, a beautiful opera house with stunning architecture and rich history. The apartment is full of natural light from its large windows. On warm days, the portable fan kept me comfortable. The compact kitchen had everything I needed, and the host was very accommodating. The living room was the best part, with cozy sofas perfect for relaxing. The TV supports Netflix, and the large table was great for dining.

Good: the location is close to great local restaurants and the metro is not far.Not so good: dirty utensils in the drawer, fans that either didn't work or started to smoke, electrical outlets that were hanging out of the wall (major risk if small children were present, a leaky kitchen sink (which I fixed during our stay) and a sofa that had a terrible odor.Bad: an 800euro security deposit is required to complete the reservation. It is to be refunded two weeks after your stay. Mine is now one week late. In total they have had my security deposit for over 90 days. That's criminal.

This is exactly what happens when you commercialise renting apartments, a lack of attention and forced process that do NOT have customers/ guests at the heart of operations.The good- great location - nice apartment tho a bit tired- Excellent hot water, high pressure shower.- lovely clean linens abd towels- nice large bedrooms that are separate from each other The bad - poor stocked kitchen where there is only one glass available - coffee maker with no pods or other forms of making coffee like a French press. Would have been nice to have a few- poor quality beds where support slats collapse in middle of the nightThe ugly - its no cool that you cannot collect keys from the apartment and have to go elsewhere to get them and return - huge security deposit that takes you out of Vrbo platform - its absolutely unacceptable that it takes 10days to refund
