Remarkable Gulf view 3 bedroom, 3 bath Majestic Sun 214B vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a highly desirable end unit on the 2nd floor offering unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit includes a covered parking space. The interior has just been updated with brand new paint and was professionally decorated. Not only do you have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, but the calm coastal colors extend inside the condo for an inviting atmosphere.


Access the private balcony from the living area or the master king suite. It’s the perfect place to relax, dine, and watch the beautiful sunsets the Emerald Coast has to offer. Being on the second level and right across from the beach, you’re able to hear the sound of waves crashing, transcending you to a relaxed state. The interior of this unit offers a spacious and open floor plan. The kitchen has ample cabinets, a pantry & raised breakfast bar for casual dining. The master king suite faces the Gulf with exceptional views, along with balcony access, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The master bath offers a double vanity. The split floor plan allows for privacy. The second bedroom is a queen suite with a private bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 twin over twin bunk beds. Perfect for a large family of 8 to stay while on vacation. A washer and dryer are located in the unit.


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the A building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Great view from 2nd floor end unit. Parking Garage was a definite plus. Unit has most utensils needed (pizza pans would be a nice add). No complaints...a great unit for six to eight. (3rd bedroom allows for four teens or children with bunk beds was a very nice plus).

This unit offers a toaster, blender and coffee maker, but lacks in equipment to prepare your own meal, which is really the only downfall. This unit is very convenient to the shops below on the first floor. Kilwins will suck you in when they are making their waffle cones! Easy drives to grocery store and restaurants. Great parking spot offered in the garage as well!

The Majestic Sun never disappoints. I think we have finally found the condo that we will book every year. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The customer service was outstanding. The young man who answered my calls was so sweet and gave me recommendations on things to do since we got to Destin several hours before check in and it was storming. Everything about this condo was just perfect.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this spacious condo. Loved that there are 3 bathrooms to 3 bedrooms. We only had one problem and that was with the washer and dryer. New ones are needed because the washer was very off balance even though the clothes were evenly spread out and not a lot in there. On our last day, the hose came disconnected and flooded the condo. Maintenance was fast to come clean up. The dryer takes several times to dry. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is spacious and can’t beat the beautiful view.

Beware! Unit had bugs, no response from management

When we got to the unit we found both dead and small live roaches. We sent a fix it form through the app we were given by the management company (this was not the owner) and never got a response. Since we only saw a few, we decided to stick it out and didn’t see more after the second day. There was a pest company card in the unit so I am guessing it was treated prior to our arrival. Overall unit is fine and is just like the pictures. Great location but you will hear all the road noise at night as it is a second story unit on the street. Overall ok stay (except for the bugs and no response!) would not stay here again

Honest Review

We have been coming to the area several years and always stay at a different condo. I could be petty about some things like the ripped curtains and dirty furniture but in the scheme of things, it was fine. No bugs either! Excellent location, too. Maintenance extremely responsive with a smoke alarm issue and a stolen bike issue that we rented through them: 10/10 for their response to this. The fridge absolutely needs to be replaced though! We complained and their answer was to freeze a bowl of water. It leaked the entire time and froze our food and drinks. Also, the tub was clogged and it did not get fixed. Something to consider that is a personal preference: this is the second floor which is close to road noise and car lights at night. But it really ended up fine and we would return as long as fridge issue was fixed.

Could be 5 star - But a long way from it

I have been renting vacation properties for better than 20 years, a number through VRBO. When I see a property that has a noted problem and the manager acknowledges, I generally assume it to be corrected. With this unit, if you see something that was noted previously, it continues to exist; such as soiled furnishings (noted in the review by Ashley T. in her stay of July 2020).They are not simply soiled now, they are filthy. A problem with the refrigerator freezing food noted in September 2021; still exists. Torn black out drapes (both master bedroom and living area); hard to believe someone had not seen these before!! There are a number of other minor issues I will not repeat that have been brought to the attention of the property manager. This unit needs some TLC and it is apparent the owner doesn't care as long as Glass Casa dba Destin Palms Vacations continues to rent as is. I note the property continues to be advertised on VRBO with an average of 4.4 for reviews. I'm not sure whose review system was used for that but any nightly cost above Motel 6 is exorbitant and any rating above 2.0 is highly misleading if you care about quality. You have been warned. Do not assume issues previously noted have been addressed; they likely have not been.

Rise and shine to ocean views

We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this space. The condo is an end unit so very little noise from other guests. We also had a stair access right outside the door which we utilized more than the elevators. That was handy! I did read some of the reviews prior to our stay, but issues noted in those reviews were not a pain point for us. Some stains on the furniture-yup, some cracks on the plastic patio furniture- sure, a little sand left behind- it’s the beach. See a bug or two?- it’s Florida. All the amenities worked as advertised. The rental company was very accommodating of our early arrival and late departure(they just watch our bags for an hour or so). The ocean views were amazing, the running path was great, the pool was close. We had such a great week. I would recommend this to families, and small groups.

Condo needed to be cleaned better. We had bugs on the dinning table. Fire alarm went off twice. Maintenance came then the 3rd time we were told just unplug it for the night. The pool is too small for all the units.

Relaxing Beach Family Vacation

We wanted to take our family to the beach to celebrate my oldest daughter’s high school graduation. This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the six of us, and an easy walk across the street and our toes were in the sand! There were a couple restaurants within walking distance and so much more a short drive away. We didn’t have any need to contact the property owner, but communication through an online app made check in/out easy, and I feel like I had easy access if help had been needed. Would definitely recommend for a fun family get-away!

Good location but worn furnishings: Overpriced

The condo architecture, grounds & pool were very nice as was the location. But this individual unit had roaches & a number of worn furnishings that spoke of an ownership that was not being attentive. At this price range visitors should not have unsuitable/shredded porch chairs, heavily soiled fabric on the only couch, beach chairs rusted shut & a tattered porch walk-off mat to note a few specifics. Many of these are not expensive replacement items and then when you add to this the dismay of opening the cabinet above the microwave to see a roach scurry away & then see more subsequently & by the toaster. Well, ownership is NOT doing their part.
