Very unhappy stay. Most serious is that there was one bed missing any blanket or duvet. We reported this on the first night, but never received one for the entire weekend, which was cold weather. We were told to use towels to sleep warm! This resulted in cold and sleepless nights. Customer service was argumentative and unresponsive. Also, the cupboard doors were all jammed making them unusable. Most of the bedside lamps had the wrong plugs and no adapters and so were unusable. There was no coffee maker at all.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the blankets, the closets, and other maintenance issues. The property manager attempted to deliver an extra blanket on the first morning, but unfortunately the key was not in the box, so the blanket was left outside. We understand that this caused frustration, particularly with the concern about cold nights and the risk of rain. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort and for any confusion caused by this situation. Regarding the closets and other maintenance issues, we appreciate your comments and will carry out a full inspection to ensure everything is in proper working order. We would also like to clarify that a coffee maker is not listed among the apartment amenities. Your feedback is extremely valuable and will help us improve the property and service for future guests.
