Enclosed garden.  5 mins from Burnham Market & the coast. 2 min walk to cracking pub Jolly Farmers run by Chris & Helen (incredibly welcoming); beautiful church, Creake Abbey cafe/farmers’ market. Holkham & Brancaster beach and Wells-Next-the-Sea on doorstep.

We're from Cambridge UK, and love large sandy beach walks with our dogs. The North Norfolk coastline is one of the best in the UK, and we now love hosting our cottages to delight other holiday-makers. It's a small business, but we hope to treat you like royalty! (BTW did you know Sandringham palace is 20 mins away, and well worth a visit).

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this area for more than 15 years, and finally decided to buy a holiday let, in the hope that others may enjoy it as much as we do.

The north Norfolk Heritage coastline is 4 miles away, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is a truly beautiful part of the world offering many ways of wiling away leisure hours including sailing, bird and seal watching, golf, cycling, walking and fine sandy beaches.

It's best to explore the area using a car. The properties have off street parking for 4 and 2 cars accordingly. You can also park in the village.

What makes this property unique

Knyvetts and Fayette are both finished to a very high standard, having been launched in 2024. Our lovely guests tell us that they love the style and luxurious finish, as well as the convenient location for the large sandy beaches 10 mins away.
