A034 - Cabo Palos
A traditional Mediterranean-style villa, completely renovated in 2024 with excellent qualities and typical local finishes, giving it an authentic, warm, and cozy atmosphere. It's located on the seafront, at the tip of the headland in the prestigious Cap Blanc urbanization of Moraira. The villa enjoys spectacular sea views, giving you the sensation of floating above the water, with sights of both Moraira and Calpe and its Ifach rock. You're just a few steps from the idyllic and uncrowded Punta Estrella cove with its crystal-clear waters. You'll also find several restaurants and supermarkets just 600 meters away.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 with a King-size double bed and 2 with two single beds; in one of these, the two 90cm beds are together), 2 bathrooms with a shower, 1 toilet, a living/dining room, a kitchen with an island, and a large porch with a dining and a chill-out area. On the same level, but outside, there's the pool area with a large terrace and sun loungers that feel like they're hovering over the sea. Additionally, the villa features ducted hot/cold air conditioning from Mitsubishi, as well as modern ceiling fans with remote controls.
The native garden adds a natural touch to the villa and provides several shaded areas, which are welcome during the hottest months. It's equipped with a movable outdoor barbecue. As for parking, you can leave your cars on the street next to the entrance at no cost.

According to local municipal regulations, the permitted working hours during the summer months are as follows:
From July 15th to 31st: Only finishing or maintenance work is allowed, and only between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm, with no noise or disturbance.
From August 1st to 31st: All types of construction work are prohibited.
Outside these dates: There are no officially limited hours, although we recommend avoiding disruptive noise and respecting quiet hours.
Should any violation of these summer hours be detected during your stay, guests can contact our team, and we will handle notifying the Local Police.
We apologize for any possible inconvenience this situation, which is beyond our control, may cause, and we thank you in advance for your understanding. As always, our team will be available to assist you throughout your stay.
