This flat has a balcony to the outside which is accessed from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room integrated with the kitchen and a complete bathroom.

Located near the seabeach, this apartment offers easy access to Barcelona's beautiful coastline, where you can stroll along sandy shores, soak up the sun, or indulge in water activities. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city, with its bustling streets, charming cafes, and iconic landmarks just a short distance away.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and shelves. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine, etc. In the dining room there is a sofa table for up to four people, and it forms a whole with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware for the people staying according to the details in the reservation.
Beach towels are not included For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 400 may apply. For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €300 / 400 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
