BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, closet, and smart TV. Portable fan.
BATHROOM. Bathtub with shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, washer-dryer, and hair dryer.
OTHER AMENITIES. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Independent heating.
- From Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports, you can take the SitBusShuttle, which stops at Termini Station; from there, it’s a 10-minute walk.
- If you arrive by train at Termini, take Metro Line B to Cavour, then it’s a 5-minute walk, but you can also easily walk from Termini.
- If you arrive by train at Tiburtina, take Metro Line B to Cavour, then it’s also a 5-minute walk.
A taxi from the airport costs approximately 50 euros; from Termini, 10 euros.

7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
