This little apartment was perfect! The location is excellent for seeing Rome! You can walk to the Colloseum in a few minutes! The hosts are super helpful. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and has a well equpped kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Everything was great, we would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to Rome. The host was sensational and communication was above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Although this apartment is small, it has everything you need for staying in the heart of Rome. One of the coziest, comfortable places we have stayed. Owner was super helpful and the small street it is located on gives you a real taste of Italy. Short walks to everything. Next door is a great Irish Pub, Pizzeria alle Carrette couple doors down, and the best restaurant we experienced in Rome La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali is across the way. This is a charming place in a charming location, near everything. Would stay again.
My husband and I were very impressed with the apartment and our host. The apartment was charming and everything it said it was in the description, no surprises. The host was right on top of everything, down to every last detail, which was extremely helpful for us as it was our first time in Italy. The host provided lots of recommendations and did not steer us wrong. We were very impressed and would stay here again.

The apartment is situated perfectly for walks to Colloseum, Forum, Victor Emmanuel memorial.
Luca was extremely helpful with private car arrangements to and from airports. He provided us tips on key places to visit close to apartment. We even travelled around the city using the Metro rail system. He explained it all and remained in contact with us during our stay. Apartment met all our needs and was very secure and safe. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Perfect for two people. We recommend this location for a wonderful Rome experience.

Stylish apartment in great locatiin
Very stylish, well appointed apartment in fantastic location. Downside of no real natural light in the apartment and not being able to use oven and hob at same time as the electrics blew but that aside, extrenely comfortable and we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

Great location in the midst of several tourist attractions.
Beautifully staged interior with many romantic decorations throughout this ground-floor small, corporate-owned apartment. Love the exposed brick feature in the bathroom and overall appearance of the place. The free bottle of prosecco was nice and it added to the romantic atmosphere (savory, Italian crackers were expired, so we left it alone). The whole set-up was great for photo-shoots (resulting in great pics that attracted us to this place), but it wasn't practical as a comfortable, living space.
The "small touches" got a bit excessive and all the decorations had to be moved off the dining table for food prep, as there's no counter space in the tiny kitchen. It was a good thing we travel light, as our opened medium and small sized suitcases barely fit on the limited floor space.
We were disappointed with the small fridge (no freezer) that barely cooled and the shower was annoying, cycling from extreme hot to cold every 5 minutes.
I recommend this apartment for a couple who are traveling light and aren't cooking meals with leftovers. And don't mind hot / cold showers.

Dear Mr, we thank you for your nice words about the apartment. We also would like to answer to your bad and negative review as aren’t quite right. First of all, the Italian crackers were expired ...we inform you that we always buy fresh from the grocery each time before each check in, we wondering that probably you red it up on the Italian side as on Americans side are opposite number...Second of all regarding wasn't practical as a comfortable, living space, we inform you that our holiday house space is always has been mentioned on homeaway regarding the right side/space, so of course you didn’t read or miss it about before your reservation, and beside that actually in all Europe usually the apartments are more small compare the Americans apartments. Overall in the same building we have others bigger apartments than that but it would had been much more expensive for just two people, as usually the bigger apartments that we rent it out are for at least 4/6 people. Regarding your disappointed with the small fridge (no freezer) we want take this your negative review to turn it up to as a positive things, as actually we are going to buy a new fridge much more better. Finally you said the shower was annoying, cycling from extreme hot to cold every 5 minutes, we inform you that we fix it up to the right way you since You left and now it work perfect. Thank you for stay at our holiday house. Best regards, M Empire

Great location but really disappointing shower
Hot water seemed to be on some sort of 2 or 3 minute timer per use. Then went cold. Followed "guidance" from host after asking about this but letting the water run a long time made n o difference. Real deal breaker. Location though is ideal. Steps from Forum/Collosseum and great restaurants. Cleaning crew turned up on the doorstep exactly at check out time which we thought was a bit rude.

Dear Mrs, in order to get the hot water it usually take to two minutes to work not big deal if you let it run. The cleaning crew come just an half hour later than the house policy, from which is 10 am , so they actually did stop by at 10.30 am. We think is rude don’t let the crew doing their job instead, as We remember our is not an hotel... but an holiday house ...and we have check in and check out at the same day, and we can’t let people that are coming in wait to much outside.
Anyway, thank you for visiting us.
