The property is a little dated but was very clean and in a quiet area. As mentioned in another review, the shower was small but not a deal breaker. There were several restaurants close by and there was a vaporetto stop 3 minutes away.

Perfect for our stay in Venice! A lovely apartment with multiple places to relax. There are lovely views out all the windows with a canal on one side and a balcony on the other.The bedroom has ample storage space if you want to unpack your bags. The shower is on the small side, but there is decent water pressure.

We had trouble with the check in process. We were sent to another location to self-retrieve the unit keys. The instructions were not clear. In the end, the keys were not left where they were supposed to be due to the cleaning staff’s oversight. We were told to walk over to the rental building and wait for 50 minutes so that the cleaning staff can meet us in person.

The place was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. The washing machine was an added bonus, and having a kitchen was definitely a plus. The shower was small but manageable, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.One suggestion would be to clearly indicate in advance that the keys must be picked up at a different location from the apartment. It would also be helpful to provide information about where guests can leave/park their luggage while picking up the keys, if travelling with a group, only one person may need to collect the keys, but the rest of the group and their luggage still need somewhere to wait. Near a cross bridge or near a restaurant/pub. Since the apartment is quite a distance from the key-pickup location, carrying our luggage over the bridges and then having to go back over them again was difficult and inconvenient. It would also be helpful to mention that the apartment is located on the third floor, as carrying heavy luggage up the stairs can be challenging.Everything was manageable, and once we arrived, we were very comfortable. A little more information ahead of time would simply help guests plan their arrival and avoid unnecessary difficulties.

Having to locate two different locations with heavy suitcases was very challenging. Google Maps could not find either locations easily. We asked locales who also could not help. One night we took a water taxi, the driver also had great difficulty finding the apartment as well.Having to go to one location to get the keys and then another location for the apartment was very tiring after a day of travelling. The apartment is in a very remote location. I did not feel comfortable walking after dark.The apartment did not have a balcony as described. There was no air conditioning in the master bedroom and only one window opened. We were told that the wifi name and password were under the modem, but that couldn’t be found.Check out was at 9:30 which is very unusual.We felt the price was too high for what we got.

Un bel appartement avec de belles vues sur le canal et des cours et jardins à l'arrière. Des volumes, de l'espace avec une grande chambre, un salon bibliothèque et une salle à manger. Le quartier est très tranquille et peu touristique. Cafés et restaurants au bout de la rue.
