Nice apartment, clean, secure building and great location. The bathroom is tight, but doable. It is an easy walk to Notre Dame, many restaurants, market across the street. Jean Philippe is very attentive and gives you all the information you will need. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a very comfortable stay here. The location was convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was kind and helpful. I really appreciated the stay and would recommend this place to other travelers.

A perfect little charming Parisian apartment located at the foot of a metro underground train station. Ideally situated in the heart of Paris, within walking distance to many major attractions. The view is amazing and the apartment is literally at the doorstep of a nice little restaurant called Etienne Cafe with very good food and just across the street frm a little food market. The hos JeanPhilippe is great with communicati I would highly recommendthis place to stay.

This apartment was perfect for my wife and I. We were able to walk to all the museums and sites we wanted to visit. It was also very well located to take the RER-B train from/to CDG airport, requiring just a 5 minute walk from a station to the apartment. The apartment is located near great restaurant choices and across the street from a food store. The apartment is small, as documented by others, but furnished well and in a quiet, safe location. The balcony is a charming place to sit and see the city below. Jean-Philippe communicated well providing all the information we needed for entry, internet, etc... He checked on us during our stay and was prompt in returning messages.

This property suited us very well. It’s strategically located in a lively and exciting part of Paris within walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame…The apartment was compact with all the amenities needed. The bathroom was a little tight, but it was home for 5 glorious days. The balcony served us very well and provided a lot of light. It was a nice quaint feature. The subway just below was extremely and utterly useful, once we learned how to navigate it.The apartment felt very safe. The host was very attentive and always available and ready to answer questions.

Our host was very welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The flats location is excellent, walking to nearby parks grocery and the bus. The kitchen is nicely laid out and both sofa and bed and very comfortable. Great place to stay!!

Great location and view

Authentic building with a lift to get you up to this little studio. Immediately next to a metro stop on a street full of cafes and bars. Just a perfect location to get around to all the sites. My wife and I loved our stay here.

Jean-Philippe is an exceptional, extremely attentive host. He made our stay so easy. The apartment is located right in the heart of Paris, near Notre Dame, the Louvre and much more. There is a Metro station very nearby, making it so easy to access all of Paris.

Location of this jewel is wonderful and the space was very bright and well thought out. Jean-Philippe was wonderful to work with, very kind and responsive. I enjoyed my stay tremendously!

Clean , quiet, comfortable, extremely well equipped. Excellent communication with the host. Everything you need at your doorstep, including groceries, restaurants, cafes, the bus and the metro. Very compact WC but spacious shower stall.A perfect location..

Thé location was AMAZING! We could go out the front door and hop on the metro to go anywhere in the city. Jean-Phillipe was incredibly helpful every step of the way. We got advice from him before and during our stay. The apartment has an incredible view of the bustling neighborhood streets. Cafe Etienne (basically downstairs from the apartment) was one of our favorite spots; the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was so livelu. The apartment was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, and the kitchenette was very convenient! We can’t wait to stay here, again!

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed 5 nights. Lovely small apartment in excellent location. Our host was great and kept in touch. Lift is an absolute bonus. Only downside - the toilet is such a small room if you’re over 5 feet 6/7 inches you have to keep the door open when you sit down. Would still recommend this apartment for short stays.

perfect stay

We really enjoyed our week stay. The location was great, fabulous views and we really enjoyed having the balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The area is busy/noisy (like most of Paris) but once you close the doors to the balcony the noise is almost completely blocked out. I am a very light sleeper and had no problem at all sleeping. The bed was really comfortable and the small kitchen was great. We would highly recommend staying here.
