Our host was very welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The flats location is excellent, walking to nearby parks grocery and the bus. The kitchen is nicely laid out and both sofa and bed and very comfortable. Great place to stay!!

Thé location was AMAZING! We could go out the front door and hop on the metro to go anywhere in the city. Jean-Phillipe was incredibly helpful every step of the way. We got advice from him before and during our stay. The apartment has an incredible view of the bustling neighborhood streets. Cafe Etienne (basically downstairs from the apartment) was one of our favorite spots; the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was so livelu. The apartment was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, and the kitchenette was very convenient! We can’t wait to stay here, again!

The studio is in an unbeatable location, very quiet and private, great views, nice balcony, comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped small kitchenette. Everything is functional, new or in good repair, and extremely clean. As mentioned by others, the bathroom and toilet are very small, okay for a short stay, especially for a solo traveler.Jean Philippe was an excellent host, who allowed us to check out late in return for washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Only minor suggestion would be to consolidate multiple emails and text messages with one set of instructions for the check in and apartment to simplify things for the guest.

Jean-Philippe is an exceptional, extremely attentive host. He made our stay so easy. The apartment is located right in the heart of Paris, near Notre Dame, the Louvre and much more. There is a Metro station very nearby, making it so easy to access all of Paris.

Without exception, everything about this place is wonderful! The communication was clear and complete and I always had the info I needed. Jean-Philippe made himself available and was responsive. The location was perfect! I wanted to experience "living" in downtown Paris and not a commercial/hotel environment and this place checked every box. It was charming, comfortable, and beautiful!. Metro outside the door, so many cafes and restaurants, markets closeby and yet it was peaceful and I felt very safe walking everywhere. It's proximity to everything we needed was ideal. I can't speak highly enough of Jean-Philippe and this property! 10 out of 10!

Great location and view

Authentic building with a lift to get you up to this little studio. Immediately next to a metro stop on a street full of cafes and bars. Just a perfect location to get around to all the sites. My wife and I loved our stay here.

Stayed 5 nights. Lovely small apartment in excellent location. Our host was great and kept in touch. Lift is an absolute bonus. Only downside - the toilet is such a small room if you’re over 5 feet 6/7 inches you have to keep the door open when you sit down. Would still recommend this apartment for short stays.

Jean Philippe was a great host, and we VERY MUCH enjoyed our stay in their place! The apartment is small but totally functional and cute. Everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Kitchenette, very nice shower, comfy bed. And the view!The place is located literally nine steps (I counted!) from the front door to a Metro station. From there, all of Paris awaits you. There is SO MUCH in the area. Shops, a mall, restaurants, bakeries. We walked to Notre Dame and other sites.Jean Philippe made special accomodations for us and did everything we could ask to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Lovely apartment on 5th floor with balconies on left & right. Sits above metro entrance which is wonderfully convenient. Clean; comfortable; tastefully decorated. A favorite! We really enjoyed our week stay. The location was great, fabulous views and we really enjoyed having the balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The area is busy/noisy (like most of Paris) but once you close the doors to the balcony the noise is almost completely blocked out. I am a very light sleeper and had no problem at all sleeping. The bed was really comfortable and the small kitchen was great. We would highly recommend staying here.

The best place to stay in 1st arr

My husband and I came for our honeymoon while staying in Paris. The listing doesn’t do it justice! This place is spectacular. Wonderful balcony, it is a very cozy home. Host was great and easily accessible. Neighborhood is vivacious with endless restaurants and the metro is at your door step. Highly recommend 10/10!
