Beautiful two-storey house located on a quiet street in the privileged urbanisation of Cala Llonga. The accommodation has air conditioning in the lounge and in all bedrooms.



On the ground floor there is a large lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, wifi, table and chairs and beautiful decoration in light tones. The lounge has access to a terrace from where you can see the sea with outdoor furniture for 6 diners.



It has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand blender, capsule coffee maker and Italian coffee maker and everything necessary.

It has three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor we find a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has access to a spacious terrace with views.
