Black Bear Villas Condo in Tahoe City- summer pool and tennis

This Villas tri-level condo has a terrific location inside the condo complex as well as being just one mile from Tahoe City, close to beaches and ski resorts. You can walk or ride bike into town on the paved bike trail in the summer and Skylandia Beach is three blocks away. Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows ski resorts are about a 15-20 minute drive away, and Northstar is about 25 minutes.

The open floor plan has high ceilings, big windows and a gas fireplace. The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you need to make your family meals while on vacation.

The lowest floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a half bath, laundry area, and a full bathroom. The middle floor features kitchen, dining and living room area with access to the outdoor deck. Sofa in living room is also a queen sleeper. The upper floor loft features two twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

The complex has a pool, and pickleball/tennis courts in the summer.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated parking spots for the condo unit.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Great place to stay in Tahoe

Lake Tahoe Visit

Property was clean and in a great location to be able to explore many areas of the lake. The mattress in primary bedroom was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet location near Tahoe City

Great location. Quite large condo. Great for a family. Fireplace didn’t work but overall we had a nIce time. Cute cabin decorations. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. It was fun to make Thanksgiving dinner here.

Great location for Tahoe City but the unit is very dated, and in a bit of disrepair. Furnishings and appliances are ancient and the dryer has a permanent sticker on it that it's "out of order".

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very convenient to stores and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a beach closer by, but Skylandia Beach was difficult to find parking nearby.

Great property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin and the a proximity to multiple beaches was amazing. The cabin was clean and utensils in the kitchen were adequate. The Sauna was closed which was a bummer but the pool and tennis courts were well maintained.
