The lower level features two updated bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen bed, along with a remodeled full bathroom. On the upper level, a lofted bedroom includes two Twin beds and its own 3/4 bathroom, creating separation and privacy across levels. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, allowing the home to accommodate up to eight guests.
Kitchen and living space
The mid-level is the heart of the home. An updated full kitchen includes oak cabinets, granite countertops, and ample space to prepare meals before heading out for winter activities. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers laminate flooring, a wood-burning fireplace, TV, DVD player, and seating that encourages relaxed evenings indoors. A dining table seats four, with additional counter seating for two.
Outdoor space and amenities
A deck extends the living space outdoors, surrounded by trees that feel especially peaceful in winter. A propane BBQ is available seasonally. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis facilities on a seasonal basis. The home includes a washer and dryer, private entrance, patio or balcony space, and free driveway parking for two vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
Location and seasonal notes
Located just outside of Tahoe City, the townhouse provides easy access to nearby ski resorts during winter months. Chains or snow tires are often required, and guests should review the winter disclosure provided after booking. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and in warmer seasons, Tahoe City and Skylandia Beach are an easy bike ride away.

The home does not have air conditioning. A noise monitoring device is installed to comply with county regulations, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. Parking is limited to two on-site spaces. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. County short-term rental rules apply, and noncompliance may result in fines.
