Pergola for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Spacious garden with a view of Florence. Barbecue, hammock, deck chairs and lounge chairs, ping-pong table, and produce from the garden available upon request.

We welcome you to our authentic Tuscan spirit.
Small, newly renovated 20-square-meter guesthouse, surrounded by greenery, with a fully equipped kitchen (2 induction burners, microwave, refrigerator), a 140-cm double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with a large shower, outdoor shower, and a pergola perfect for breakfasts, dinners, and aperitifs al fresco.

Spacious garden with views of Florence and an exclusive pool shared only with the owners.
Hammock under the trees in the woods to enjoy the cool shade on hot summer days. Private parking.
Use of a ping-pong table, barbecue, and garden produce upon request.

The only requirement is that you LOVE DOGS; there are two dogs who love to share the space with guests. We accept only female dogs, as our male dog is not neutered.

Located at the gateway to Chianti, it’s an excellent starting point for excursions by car, by bike, or by motorcycle along the most beautiful roads in Tuscany, yet just 10 minutes from the city centre.

The garden cottage is a little piece of heaven- the view can only be experienced because a photo does not do it justice. In May, the scent of the jasmine wafts up and the swifts twitter and you can watch the Tuscan hills turn blue as the sun fades- beautiful! The cottage itself is lovingly fitted out - every detail fits a design which makes use of the space and is also an aesthetic delight. The bed is comfortable and the area is peaceful so a good night’s sleep is easy. Our hosts were welcoming and communicative and the dogs are very friendly too! We did not have our own transport and unfortunately the bus staff were on strike, but honestly it was a great excuse to spend time here rather than fight the crowds down in the city. I just dipped in and out of the lovely pool and sat on the patio, a real holiday! My husband did walk down though and it took 40 minutes to Santa Croce church, which is nothing for him. Highly recommended! Thank you!
