Very good for a family of 5 with 2 large bedrooms downstairs each with a bathroom and a pull out upstairs. Spacious and clean. Modern amenities with old World charm. Tranquil and historic neighbourhood. Excellent customer service - very responsive. Air conditioning in below ground level keeps downstairs very cool. Main floor AC struggles on hot days - should be beefed up a bit - but hey you should be out exploring anyhow. All in all we would recommend.

We had a minor issue with one of the shower drains, but it was repaired the day before our departure. I’m not sure if it was related, but the apartment felt quite humid during our stay. Being on a half lower-ground level with no windows that could be opened, there wasn’t much natural ventilation. Aside from that, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The only thing we missed was being able to fully enjoy the courtyard, as the seating area was designated for the other apartments. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful location, nice apartment. Listing photos made it seem as though at least one bedroom had a window so it was easily assumed that at least one bedroom and bathroom would be on the main floor. However, both bedrooms and bathrooms were windowless and in the basement. There is a dehumidifier, but it was still quite damp, and the layout of the apartment should also be made clearer in case visitors have mobility limitations. Also, while a clothing dryer is shown in photos, it did not work. (Very loud operation, and after hours of running, clothes were warm, but still wet.) The towel warmers were a nice touch in the basement bathrooms and a lifesaver for drying select laundry items.

Excellent location. Many shops, restaurants ad well as pharmacies and grocery stores near by. And such a close walk to Norte Dame, Latin Quarter and into Le Marais. Comfortable beds. The communication with the property manager is not great. Very unresponsive to emails and don’t think we were provided with a phone number. They did give an emergency number though. Our issue was not an emergency. There is a slight smell of rotten eggs that comes from the kitchen sink. Also, the bedrooms are in the basement with no windows and the WiFi connection down there is very bad. About all you can do is text. These things weren’t really issues for us as we didn’t stay there very much. We were out seeing Paris!!

This property was perfect for our weeklong trip in Paris with my two granddaughters. The location was perfect with access to two primary Metro systems. The management company was very responsive and helpful in many ways leading up to and during our stay. The apartment was clean, perfectly appointed and very comfortable.

We are rating our overall experience in this unit "reasonable," as it did not reach the level of "good," nor was it "bad." The responsiveness of the host was exceptional. A few things must be made known:1). We waited outside the apartment until 4:20p for the cleaners to finish. 2). When the cleaners left, the floors were still very wet, and there was still some minor evidence of the previous guests. The bathrooms and showers were very clean along with the linens and towels. I requested a return or reduction of the cleaning fee but was denied.3). The photos in the ad were misleading. We were expecting 3 beds based on the photos, even though it said 2 bedrooms. Specifically photos 18 and 19 seem to clearly be showing 2 different bedrooms, based on 4 key differences in the photos:A) the ceiling light fixture is present on one and not the otherB). The light fixtures on the wall on either side of the bed are different or appear differentC). The pillows on the bed are differentD). The color of the blanket is different or appears different4). Photo 22 “Exterior Detail” implies the entry door and windows were inside the gate. However a more accurate photo would have been the short door by the mailboxes and garbage cans rather than the pretty door and garden implying we had outdoor space and windows other than the kitchen. Just know that the door in the photo is not the door to this unit. Only the window to the left of the door is the kitchen unit.
