Introducing our newly renovated chalet, conveniently located just 5 blocks from the heart of downtown Loveland. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home features a large living room with sofa bed and a cozy basement with sleeping spaces for three additional guests. Enjoy the amenities of our beautiful expansive kitchen, cozy modern bathroom, and large laundry room. You'll be close to bars, restaurants, LUX movie theater, pinball arcade, axe throwing bars, local festivals, & tons of other entertainment options. The big backyard features a grill & fire pit, making it perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee for your entire stay. 3 pet maximum.
