Outside, there is designated off-road parking for two cars. Shop and pub 4 miles, beach 1.3 miles, lake 1.4 miles, river 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP. Grange Cottage is a great base for exploring Northumberland’s coast. Note: Twin room consists of two double beds.

The pretty coastal village of Bamburgh, with its sweeping beaches and dramatic castle, is only a short drive away. Belford itself is an old coaching village with a pleasant square and offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is ideally placed for exploring the Northumbrian Coastal Route, Cheviots, the renowned Northumberland Coastline and the Scottish Borders. The opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from nearby Seahouses, is not to be missed. Alternatively check the tide times and cross to Holy Island to visit the historic Lindisfarne Priory.
