Lovely property, spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The hosts Teresa and Andy were very helpful and friendly. The provision of tea, coffee and sugar plus soap and shampoo was really above anything we have had provided on previous holidays. Plus the generous welcome gifts were so thoughtful, even a packet of dog treats! Really kind.

Teresa and Andy were fantastic hosts—so accommodating and genuinely helpful in meeting all our needs. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and its location made everything so convenient. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back again.

Great value. Great Location. A really good base for the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. Visited Monmouth, Ross on Wye, Hereford and Gloucester in our short stay and went for dinner and a canoe at Symonds Yat each evening. Having a full house allowed for slower mornings with some of us off on runs, some having a read and some having a lie in.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Forest View. The house was spotless, cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The little touches like tea, coffee and milk on arrival made it feel very welcoming and homely. The location was beautiful and perfect for visiting the Forest of Dean and Puzzlewood. Andy and Teresa were fantastic hosts — friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t fault anything and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a peaceful getaway 😊

Tilly, my dog, was made very welcome with teeats left for her on our arrival. A dog bowl.and bed was also.offered for us to use for Tilly. There was a lovely woodland walk bext to the property and Tilly loved it there.

Forest View is an absolute gem that we will certainly be returning to. We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay here. The house was immaculate on arrival and superbly equipped with everything we needed for a birthday celebration with a family of 4. Theresa the host could not have been more accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The location is fantastic with a gorgeous walk from the front door down through woodland to the River Wye. We visited Puzzlewood which was a 10 minute drive away and cycled to Symonds Yat along the Peregrine Path, the start of which was also just a 10 minute drive away. So much to do and explore within a stones throw of this house - we will certainly be coming back here!
