Beautiful Salt Waterfront Cape Cod home on Green Pond in Falmouth.

Enjoy panoramic sunsets and stunning views to Martha's Vineyard on a private and peaceful setting that overlooks a salt water bay and wildlife sanctuary.

You can fish for Stripers from the shore, or net blue crabs from the dock, or just relax in the hammock or porch swing that overlooks the private pond on property, and just take in the silence of nature. We have 4 kayaks, a paddle boat, and a stand up paddle board to use.

The house is on a quiet tree lined dead end street off Rt 28, yet it's close to everything. We have a 1/2 acre lot with a huge yard overlooking the water, with lots of room for outdoor activities and fun.
We have Horseshoes, Corn hole, Bocce Ball, Croquet and fishing rods available.
There are 4 bikes you can use to explore the neighborhood.
There’s no better way to end the day than a fire by the water at the fire pit, firewood is included.

Our fully appointed home has all the needed amenities. First floor has open floor plan with a master suite with bath, kitchen, dining, living room an small office. We have 2 more sun filled bedrooms, family room, laundry and full bath on lower level, plus a sofa bed in the family room. There's an outdoor seating bar on the deck for waterfront dining from home, and a magnificent sunset cocktail hour.

It's fully applianced with a new washer & dryer, and a beautiful outdoor shower. We have Xfinity 1 TV, and a Bose Stereo for entertainment, also lots of popular and vintage board games, with a selection of books in every room. There’s a new wall AC in the main level of the house, master window AC, ceiling fan, or regular fan in every room.

We are close to the many beautiful Falmouth Beaches and the epic Shining Sea Bikeway, Falmouth Village and Mashpee Commons. Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short drive away. The best part of Falmouth is that it's a year round town, it is always open.

We keep our boat on the dock in the summer moths, but we will allow you to bring a boat for a dock charge.
*8 foot bridge clearance to Vineyard Sound.

*We ask our guests to please leave the house clean, and in the condition it was found as to not charge a cleaning fee.

*Pets may be considered with a separate $75 pet fee. Must be pre-approved.

* We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate large gatherings, weddings or reunions.
