On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Two additional interconnecting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, are supported by a bathroom with shower. This level also includes a terrace ideal for relaxing and enjoying the region’s mild climate.

The independent annex provides additional flexibility and privacy, offering an open-plan living room and kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, making it perfect for extra guests or extended family members.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.
