A Gem in Downtown St. Petersburg

If you are looking for a downtown, convenient place that is professionally decorated and outfitted, with superb support from the owner, this is the place: - short walking distance to vibrant St. Pete downtown, museums, waterfront, restaurants, etc. - recently remodeled with modern, high-end furnishings and appliances - many amenities, such as HDTV with DVR and Netflix services In addition, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our utmost comfort and convenience.

Perfection in St Pete

This charming home was an ideal spot and location for our recent visit to St. Petersburg. Not a thing was missed when designing the interior of this home. The kitchen could be used by any chef. The bathrooms were hotel worthy and the bedrooms were magazine worthy. A sweet little coffee shop sits directly across the street for morning coffee. There's a short walk to the local farm to table market, and upscale restaurants to fill all your needs. The water is three blocks away. To put it in a few words, I was stealing her ideas, and buying online to copy what she has done. Looking forward to renting from her again if our travels bring us that way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated, clean, and has a perfect location to downtown St. Petersburg restaurants, shopping and the marina. The host is very responsive to any questions about the property and very willing to help in any way. We would definitely stay there again!

Wife, mother, designer, and lover of nature. I was raised in Florida and truly love all of the wonderful things you can do outside year round as well as everything downtown St. Petersburg has to offer.

Why they chose this property

As mentioned in the description we wanted a home away from home now that we reside in NC as well as a place where we truly felt like we were on vacation thus all of the vintage Florida touches like the collected orange crate labels from my sisters father in-law who was a grove owner in Odessa, Fl.
We also have had a ton of experience with vacation rentals and found them to be outdated, uncomfortable, and very cheap in terms of kitchen wares so we wanted to appeal to cliental who like to live in a more upscale environment albeit this home is quaint at 1600sf.
I also wanted a home to stay in that I knew was safe from most environmental toxins and offered clean water not only to bath in but to drink.

YOu are so close to everything and this home just makes you feel happy!
