In one of the nicest residential areas of beautiful SW Cape Coral you will find this tasteful and comfortably furnished, air conditioned Villa Sunshine Daydream. This comfortable pool house faces the south-west for great sunsets.
The pool is wonderful!
Feel free to sunbathe all day in the very private heated pool and sun deck.

It is 30' x 13' with a max depth of 5' in the middle. Perfect for kids and adults alike. It is surrounded by thick shrubs for a very secluded and private pool experience. There are chaise lounges as well as a pair of zero-gravity recliners for you to relax or read in.

Have your coffee and breakfast in the morning on the Lanai at the large comfortable Teakwood table.

If you like BBQ'ing with cocktails while watching a beautiful sunset then this place is definitely for you! There is a large gas grill on the lanai and a large ceiling fan as well as a propane heater if it gets a little too warm or cold for you.

If you want to get a bit of exercise there are a pair of Margaritaville Beach Cruisers in the garage you can take out for a cruise around the neighborhood or over to the Surfside shopping center which is less than half a mile away.

There are also beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers in the garage which you can take with you to Ft. Myer's Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva, which are all nearby.

Inside the villa is designed in warm Floridian colors and decorated with an overall beach theme. There is also brand new waterproof vinyl planking throughout the common areas. As soon as you walk in the door you will immediately feel at home.

The living room is nicely furnished with super comfortable two and three seater leather couches. You might easily fall asleep in one of them while you recover from one of your exhausting beach excursions.

There is also a 50" 4K Smart TV in the living room as well as a 43" 4K Alexa Enabled Smart HDTV in the master bedroom, both with DirecTV DVR service, and a 24" TV with an Amazon Fire Stick in the queen bedroom, if you just want to relax and watch your favorite shows.

The bedrooms also have Amazon Alexa Dots and USB power strips for your convenience.

Having lunch or dinner with a large family? Our tables inside and outside are large enough for all of your needs. If it's just the two of you then you might prefer to sit at the kitchen bar for a quick bite.

Lovely house in a good location

This house was an ideal spot for our combined work/vacation in Florida. It had everything we could hope for from a fully equipped kitchen, to a wonderful indoor and outdoor lounge area — and, of course, the highlight: The pool. Would definitely recommend John's house for a family vacation and a double recommend for anyone who wants to golf, shop or beach in the area.

Wonderful stay on Cape coral

We loved our stay here. The property itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our time there/in the pool. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need, including basic spices and condiments. We really appreciated use of the beach umbrella and cooler that was made available. Captiva island is close (although lots of traffic to get there with construction). We also enjoyed Lovers Key State Park and the Edison/Ford museum which is quite close and a must see.

This home was the perfect size to make us feel right at home. Most of our time was spent out under the lanai-- Our boys were in the pool every chance they got! We really loved that the backyard was so private. The house itself is set in a secluded area and yet anything you need is only a few minutes drive away! We really enjoyed our time here and hope to stay again someday!

AMAZING HOUSE AND HOST

My family has been traveling to SW Florida for 13 years for Spring Break and this house has by far been the best we have stayed in! The house is stocked with everything you need, John the host has thought of everything. Everything in the house is labeled and there are very helpful directions. Even with questions, John is VERY responsive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! The heated pool was amazing, my kids swam every day. The outside area is well stocked as well with lounge chairs and pool toys. One day we went to the beach and in the garage are coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. We didn’t need to purchase a thing to have a great day at the beach. The area is very nice and the house is close to some good restaurants and yummy ice cream (Ice Cream Club). Would highly recommended to anyone thinking of staying here! We look forward to coming back!

Very Comfortable Stay in a Great Neighborhood

A lovely house in a nice, quiet , friendly neighborhood. Great access to bike paths. This well appointed home had every thing you could need. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of closet and drawer space for your clothes. Lovely heated pool area. We used the bbq grill almost daily. TVs and smart speakers all around for your entertainment. John, the owner, was accommodating and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended.

We were pleased with how everything just fell into place after I read the email from our host. Our host did come over to meet with us and check out the pool, to make sure everything was clean and working, once we were settled in. He was very informative about the area plus he left a lot of pamphlets, about Cape Coral, for us.Our stay was awesome...looking forward to next year.

Great Get-Away

Perfect house with all the amenities that you will ever need in a nice quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral. John was there to greet us and stayed in touch during the month in case we needed anything. House is well stocked including kitchen items, bikes, grill, beach chairs, etc. Pool is heated to a comfortable temp with comfortable lounge chairs. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and comfortable home. The beds were great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool and the outside seating area. The home is in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to many things. John was very responsive when we had a problem with the garage door and he had it fixed as soon as was possible. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican! The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The owner, John, met with us at the home upon arrival and showed us around, he also made some excellent suggestions on where to dine and drink.The swimming pool was heated to a perfect 85 degree temperature and the setting was very private . The home is located in a neighborhood of nice homes and we found the location to be convenient and easily accessible.

Best Yet!

We have stayed in several VRBO and AirBnb homes and have never had a better experience. The home was immaculate and comfortable. The host was a great communicator, gracious, and generous. We took day trips to 3 excellent beaches, and the everglades. We enjoyed the pool. Cape Coral provided great access.
