We do NOT allow third party bookings without prior approval. The person booking the reservation must be one of the guests staying.
Quiet hours 10pm-5am When you leave the property, turn off all lights, heaters, fans and the TV. We are an energy conservative property.
One parking spot per reservation. Second vehicles must park on the street. No access to ANY visitors at back of house. Must use street parking only!

We are world and domestic travelers and enjoy learning other cultures. We enjoy spending time with our adult children and our granddaughters . We spend our time hiking, traveling, gardening, attending music venues and festivals.

Why they chose this property

We are in a great neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Gardens, centrally located in Northern Colorado and have easy access to Hwy 34 that heads into Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. We are a 2 mile drive to Downtown Loveland, where there are several restaurants, breweries, movie theatre, boutiques, recreation center and art galleries. We are also a short drive to Fort Collins, CSU, Budweiser Event Center/The Ranch, Boulder, Greeley and Longmont. When we travel, we have things that are important to us.... safety, cleanliness and amenities, that is why we became hosts, so we could offer those things to our fellow travelers/guests.
