Mt Ellen two-bedroom condo with stunning views of Mad River Valley! Outdoor heated pool and tennis courts in summer months or walk to slopes of Mt Ellen in the winter.  Nestled in the woods this quiet condo offers easy access to all the Valley activities away from the crowds. 
Inside you will find a cozy but open living area with a fireplace and sliding doors to the deck with spacious views. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the dining area with more mountain views.

The apartment is very cozy and spacious for 5 adults. Mt Ellen hasn't opened when we were there, but the location is only a 7 minutes' drive to the Lincoln Peak base lodge. The host was very accommodating and addressed a maintenance issue we encountered within a reasonable time frame. Bath towels and bed linens were of great hotel quality. The mattresses, pillows and sofa were all very comfortable with good support. Would return for our next ski trip!

The Condo was great and in a good location . It was close to the mountain and well equipped for everything that we needed . We would stay there again.

It was advertised as ski in/ski out. It's not. That was the main reason I chose this place. It was not as clean as it should. Blood stains on comforter and left over wrappers and sock in pull out couch and toilets unclean. People down stairs approached us as we arrived and warned us to be quiet. It was not welcoming.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Terrific stay! Love the Mountain decor, Amenities , comfort, throw blankets, extra paper towels and toilet paper and even tissues - so thoughtful! Parking, kitchen, view and location. Would rent again! Short power outage, and communicating to the mgmt co.thru text was very responsive.

Great location for our family of 5 to ski. Right near base of Mt. Ellen. Can walk or 2 minute drive. Owner was responsive. Easy check in and check out process. Very clean. Would stay again.

Amazing sunrise from balcony

This condo is a hidden gem. It was tricky to find it, tucked away on the mountain in Fayston, but a very nice place. Clean and quiet and comfortable. Internet was spotty at times but a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings.

Nice condo with amazing views.

Waitsfield cute little town. Central to many activities. Short drive to Waterbury, Montpelier, and other towns. Amazing views from our balcony. Condo had everything we needed…even a bottle of wine!

Perfect location & accommodations for small family

We loved this property! The views from the kitchen/dining room & deck off of living room were amazing! The fireplace was so wonderful and easy to use. The kids (8 & 11) loved the bunk beds and the large open area in the back of the condos where they could play in the snow after the days on the slopes. My only wish is that the master bed was more comfortable.

Close and easy

The property was clean and sufficient for our brief stay. The process was seamless. I will say, the entrance road (from Mr Ellen) was treacherous and nearly impassable without four wheel drive.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo in very quiet location

Enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed, was quiet with great view. However, building itself and condo are older and could use some updates and refreshing/paint. Pool was nice but tennis courts a disaster - should not be advertised with property…court covered in slick moss and pine needles (no upkeep) and therefore unusable.

Great Place

The property was great for a relaxing getaway. Nestled in the woods with a gorgeous view of the mountains, I couldn't have asked for a better place. The condo was more spacious than I thought it was going to be with two full bathrooms too! The pool was great and we were the only people at it each day. We were close to Sugarbush restaurants but also close to the Waitsfield restaurants too. If you are looking to relax, this is the place!

New Year Greetings

The condo is a cozy, comfortable, updated, well kept accommodation. We enjoyed our stay. Access to parking is easy. The view is amazing especially sunrise ? The skiing was good (the accumulation of recent snow has improved the conditions). Paths for hiking or snowshoeing are numerous. Enjoyed dining at local restaurants We also loved the New Year celebrations and fireworks

As expected, nice little spot

Had a great last minute weekend skiing. The proximity to Mount Ellen allowed us to explore that part of Sugarbush for the first time. While technically not ski in/out, it’s about as close as you can get at a short ten minute walk…1 minute drive down the street to the Mount Ellen main parking area. Two bedrooms accommodated the hour of us perfectly, esp the bunkbeds for the kids. Nice gas fireplace kept us toasty in the main living area.

Close to Mt Ellen and Mad River

We stayed here last year and liked it so much that we booked again for 2023 (staying for 9 days). This time we made use of the laundry facilities (pay) 2 floors below, which was very convenient. They also do a great job plowing the parking lot and sidewalks. The kitchen is well stocked so we cooked in for 5 nights. Really like being able to adjust temps per room.

Property suited our family of 5 quite well. There are only beds for 4, but my youngest slept on 1 of the 3 couches and was fine. Place is not “brand new” but was clean and everything worked well including good water pressure, which is often lacking. It is located on 2nd floor requiring you to walk up 2 small flights. Located about .10 from Mt Ellen and 10 minutes to Lincoln.

Close and all we needed

The condo is a very comfortable size, good sized kitchen, common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. As noted by others, the kitchen is well stocked. It is the best stocked for number of plates, mugs, glasses, silverware, servers, that I have experienced in a vacation rental. Each room has a thermostat so there is an option to tailor a room temp for individual taste. The gas fireplace was wonderful, it puts out alot of heat, great after a cold day of skiing. We thoroughly enjoyed the view while sitting at the dining room table. I like a firm bed which the master bed was. We found other residents/visitors to be both friendly and courteous. The parking area and drive were promptly plowed so getting an early start on skiing was never a problem. Mt. Ellen is definitely a short walk from the condo.

Upstairs unit that had a convenient layout and location. Bathrooms were a bit small, but the fireplace was amazing! Locating right off Mt. Ellen.
