Had a fantastic trip and stay at the house! Close to so many area attractions and restaurants. The backyard was perfect for the pups too. Can’t wait to visit again!

Well stocked home!
Amazing home, with so many great amenities! Great backyard and location!
We came to Charleston for a concert on Thursday and stayed two nights. The house was beautiful, very clean and the neighborhood was great. We used Uber to and from the Coliseum, they found the house easily and we had a great time.
Very accommodating to us and our pets. Nice access to yard for dogs. Clean and roomy. Could have used a third bathroom for six adults. Convenient to highways for runs to different parts of Charleston. Enjoyed Park Circle Fourth of July fireworks, Holy City Brewery, and a beach day at Isle of Palms.
Overall, the property was a good stay. It's close to a big park, downtown and the islands. There were some issues with previous cleaning which wasn't done very well, and some communication with the host could've gone better, but overall it's a decent place if you need a quick stay close to downtown.I would suggest to bring your own bedding, as everything provided was heavy polyester. The parking is quite narrow surround by tree branches, so it was challenging to avoid scratching the car. For cat owners - be ware that the outdoors fence is not completely closed in, there are gaps and I've almost lost my cat on one occasion, while a neighborhood cat showed up in the backyard on another.

From the owner: "Thank you for sharing your experience and highlighting what you enjoyed about the property’s convenient location.- We appreciate your feedback regarding the cleaning and communication, and have addressed this with our local team to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.- Your notes about parking, bedding preferences, and the outdoor fencing are helpful as we continue making thoughtful improvements.- We're glad you found the stay overall enjoyable and close to key attractions.Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us enhance the experience for future guests."
The property met our needs precisely. Our adult children were meeting us from different directions and we needed a place to accommodate dogs but I am also allergic to dogs so couldn’t have a place that was carpeted or overwhelmingly smelling of dogs. It was perfect! The dogs could easily go outside with the dog door and it was completely enclosed. It was convenient enough to the grocery store and getting downtown for activities. There were games and puzzles which would have been great for a longer stay. The host was very responsive and I would definitely consider staying here again if needed.

We loved the house. There were a few things I could fix. The refrigerator would not stay closed. We ended up having to use a bungie cord to keep it closed. Also there should of been some outside furniture and possibly a grill. We would totally stay in this house again. It was very clean.

No Communication from Guest Contact
When we arrived to the house, the code we were provided didn’t work. Our guest contact didn’t respond to phone calls so we called the customer service number who was able to help us out. Our guest contact still never checked in to make sure we made it into the house. Also, only one roll of toilet paper (not full to start) was provided for each bathroom even though we had 7 people staying for an entire weekend. Otherwise, house was clean and worked for our needs.

Hi Katie, we're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the door code. Upon receiving a call from Evolve regarding the code, we promptly provided the owner code to ensure smooth access. Since we didn't hear back, we assumed everything was in order. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and will ensure better communication in the future.
- We also apologize for not providing enough toilet paper. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have promptly provided more. Rest assured, we have addressed this with our cleaning partner to ensure that there is always an adequate supply of toilet paper for each reservation moving forward.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our services.
