There positives regarding this property outweighs the negatives. The cleanliness was not great but the location couldn’t be beat . Within EASY walking distance there is a market (literally right across the street),several great restaurants, and a taxi stand right around the corner!

Positive things: The Location and view are of course unbeatable, a city Carrefour right across the street, several restaurants on the same street. One bedroom towards the street receives a bit more of street noise than the other one. Communication with owner was good and check in process easy. Apartment needs a make over, we didn’t use the built in closets because the layers of the shelves were peeling off, the sofas and chairs could use a steam cleaning. The kitchen is a bit too basic equipped with little silver ware, mugs and glasses, no kitchen towel. Only one of the 2 bathroom had a new shower, the other one could need a new shower, too. I give it 4 stars because of the view and location but taking care of mentioned things above would really turn this apartment into a gem .
