Scenic Location ~ Stay in your cozy renovated cabin equipped with FREE WiFi, alongside 3 other cabins which are spaced out on an upper knoll to ensure privacy, and overlooking picturesque Lincoln Pond, which is actually a 3.25 mile long lake, with over 9 miles of shoreline.
Easy Water Access ~ Just a 1 minute walk down a slight hill to reach the lower yard by the water's edge, perfect for swimming or fishing. We provide 2 adult folding chairs per cabin to bring down to the beach. Make use of a paddle boat, canoe, rowboat, or any of the 10 kayaks provided for your family's enjoyment.
Outdoor Exploration ~ Nearby hiking trails, rock climbing, and attractions like Keene Valley, Whiteface Mountain, Lake Placid, Lake Champlain, and the Adirondack High Peaks Region.

Sunrise/Sunset Relaxation ~ Enjoy your morning coffee with lake views from the kitchen, living room, or the furnished screen room. Wind down with a cabin-side fire pit as you watch the sunset. We supply the Adirondack chairs and wood. You supply the marshmallows!
Cabin Details ~ Fully stocked 2 bedroom cabin sleeping 5, maximum 4 adults per cabin. One bedroom with a queen bed, the other with a bunk bed and a twin.
Multiple Cabins Available ~ Choose from three cabins for your stay, perfect for accommodating multiple families.
Stay Duration Options for 2026~ We rent by the week or the month with a minimum of 5 nights in July and August, with stays ending by Saturday for the purpose of garbage removal. Minimum 2 night weekend stays from 5/30-6/27, and 8/27-9/27.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT~ If you rent a cabin for 1 week (7 nights) or longer in July/August you will receive a 10 percent discount.
Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing procedure follow each rental. Cabins spaced apart for privacy and social distancing.

The perfect getaway

We could not have asked for a better setting for relaxing away from it all. Cabin was very well equipped allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location right at the water with its own beach was ideal for reading a book or casting a line. Property owners were very responsive and perfect hosts! I highly recommend this location and would return if the opportunity was to present itself.

A great stay!

Our family had a fantastic getaway here--plenty of boats to use on the lake and lots of great fishing for my husband. Close to a grocery store so it easy to save a bundle on eating out~ Took our teenager daughters to Montreal, Canada while we were there--awesome time! The area is gorgeous and the cabin was perfect for our family of four! Many thanks to our hosts!

Wonderful cabins on hidden treasure of a lake

We loved our stay! Jackie and her husband and son were so warm and welcoming and have done an amazing job renovating the camp. The cabin was adorable clean and had every imaginable thing one would need. The lake is amazing and quiet and they had all the water toys we needed. Truly a great place and great owners!

Relaxing stay and amazing home!

We had an amazing week stay at cabin _#1. Jackie and Brad have stocked this adorable cabin with everything a family would need for a great week! The location of the house was so peaceful and the use of the boats was super welcomed! We all loved kayaking and nights around the fire pit! Home was super clean and stocked and just an amazing stay!!

Great week at the lake!

This was a great spot and the house was very clean and updated. We had a ton of fun fishing and paddling around the pond. There are 2 other cabins, which we were at first concerned about the proximity to others, but everyone had their own itineraries, so we had a lot of time to ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!!

Relaxing Getaway in the Heart of the Adironacks

As advertised and more! Great care has been taken in the remodeling of the cabins on this property. Can relax, swim and kayak, and even provide fire wood for the evening fire! Close to great hiking and Lake Placid. In an hour an a half can also get over to Vermont for an easy day trip.

Fantastic cozy cottage on lake

We had such a great week! Highlights: friendly and accessible host; great location nearby many of the outdoor activities our family loves (rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, paddling); nice sandy beach that is well maintained with shallow entry - great for kids; plenty of kayaks and life jackets to enjoy; quiet lake with views for star gazing; great firepits and wood provided; clean and comfortable cottage.

Great family vacation!

We stayed in this cabin for a week with 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 3 and 5). Brad and Jackie were great hosts and the cabin and entire property are very well maintained. Our kids loved having easy access to the lake for swimming and boating, the location was also great with several nearby hikes. The kitchen (and gas grill) had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Lincoln Pond has become a new favorite spot in the Adirondacks, thank you for a relaxing getaway!

The best vacation ever!

The Knoll cabin was so much more than I expected. This cabin had all the comforts of home and more. The peace, tranquility and beauty was spectacular. Jackie and Brad provided for everything. The kayaks, canoe, row boat and paddle boats made great use of a beautiful pond. We are already booked for next year.

Sweet spot

While a chilly day and wind kept us from on the lake play, we had a great visit. The cabin is lovely, as are the hosts. We enjoyed playing in the sand, having fires and being cozy together. We how to return in warmer weather. Thanks Jackie and Brad!

Perfect for young kids

We had an amazing time, it was just what we were hoping for. The cabin was clean, comfy and well stocked (and lots of great kids books and games!) The little beach is private, just a few steps down the hill. Our daughters (ages 8 and 3) loved the shallow, sandy beach, it was perfect for them to play while us grown ups relaxed in the Adirondack chairs. We loved the variety of boats! The whole area is beautiful and peaceful. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Jackie and Brad!

Great Family Vacation

This was our 2nd year here for family vacation and the cabin and property was perfect for our family including 2 kids ages 6 and 4. The kids loved having close access to the beach for swimming, fishing and boating. The cabin had everything we needed to cook our own meals and had a dvd player for early mornings and rainy days. The location is easy to access and close to great hiking trails, about 45 minutes from Lake Placid and 30 minutes to a ferry which we took to Burlington for the day. Brad and Jackie are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for the week. We hope to be back again!

Perfect in every way!

We stayed at Jackie and Brad's place for 5 nights while exploring the Adirondacks. It was new and clean as well as centrally located. We took several day trips to Lake Placid, Keene, Plattsburgh (ferry to Vermont), White Face Mt, Lake George etc.. All are short drives from this rustic cabin with a lake view! We also spent some time kayaking on Jordan Pond, which is really a lake, and ended the nights with a campfire. This was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary!

Adirondack Bliss

The cabin is comfortable, has everything you need, and beautiful views. This is our second year visiting this cabin. We returned here specifically because the owners provide boats for the guests to use. My teenagers used the boats daily and loved spending time on the water. We really enjoyed the chairs at the beach this year for watching the meteor shower at night. They had a great supply of dry wood for campfires and we loved cooking out several times. The kitchen has a everything you need to prepare a meal, enjoy a cup of coffee, or make a snack.

Great place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Despite some rainy/ cool days we still had a great week! Loved the kayaks and paddle boat, swimming, and campfires! Awesome beach area, liked that the water didn't drop off too quickly, was great for our 5 and 1 yr old to play in. Our 13 yr old had fun on the rope swing across the lake! Drove to Lake placid one rainy afternoon. And went to whiteface Mt another day! (Both about a 40-45 min drive) Which was such a beautiful and cool experience! Jackie and Brad were wonderful to rent from and even were able to accommodate us for an extra day. Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful spot and make some great memories!

Very clean. Beautiful area! Not a far drive to Lake Placid. Unfortunately we picked a very cool time of year to go in beginning of October. Temps dipped pretty low during the night.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect camp for our week. We had 3 kids (age 11-14) and 2 adults. The furiture was comfortable, plenty of places to sit, beds were very comfortable, and space was just right. The host provided throw blankets for cool evenings on the couch, and yard games for sunny days. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and prepare food. The hosts have thought of everything, it was the best stocked kitchen we've experienced (equipment, not food items). The highlight were the boats. There are kayaks, canoe, paddleboat and rowboat to use. The beach area is beautiful and perfect for swimming and there are chairs in the sand for sitting. The hosts have really thought of everything to provide a wonderful relaxing escape in a picturesque location. We have already been looking at our travel plans to figure out when we could come back!

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time this weekend. There was nothing lacking in this well maintained cabin. There were extra blankets, a heater for a cold morning, a fan in case we needed it, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Even clean up was made easy with all the tools at our disposal. What a gorgeous setting too. We saw loons, muskrats, foxes and wild turkeys. It was a nature lovers paradise. Thanks so much for your hospitality Jackie and Brad!

Just as I had hoped

The rental was just as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. We were in cabin 1 and had good views of the water from most rooms. We loved the screened in porch, although small it was wonderful. Be sure to visit Split Rock Falls (about 25 minutes away), and kayak across Lincoln Pond to the rope swing and swimming at the State Park's sandy shores. The hosts were great.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful week staying at knoll cabin! The cabin was beautifully renovated and maintained and the surroundings were just perfect. It was so refreshing to wake up to loons on the lake and we finished every day with a campfire. We used the kayaks daily and our 12-year olds loved the paddle boat! Jackie and Brad are lovely hosts and were very accessible. It was a wonderful getaway during this crazy time.

We purchased this property in June, 2016. This is our ninth year working on the property. My husband Brad has used his outstanding carpentry skills to renovate the three cabins being used for rentals. We cleared brush, removed trees, improved the walkway down to the waterfront and cleaned the beach area.

Why they chose this property

We chose this site because of our love for the Adirondacks. Lincoln Pond is a quiet and serene lake that also is accessed easily from I87. It offers great bass fishing, swimming and boating of any kind. Although it is a motor boat accessible lake, they remain few and far between lending to the quiet charm of the lake.

What makes this property unique

We feel confident that you will appreciate the beauty of our renovations, and the comforts provided within each cabin. Outside you will enjoy the scenic view while sitting or walking throughout the property, exploring the babbling brook, swimming, fishing and kayaking.
