15B Gingy Lane, Walk to Town and Beach
The house is located on Gingy Lane (named after my Grandmother). It is a beautiful new build with an airy beachy feel. The house is 1 mile from town and and easy walk to beach. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous open concept floor plan with beautiful modern kithcen fully stocked for all your cooking and entertaining needs, a spacious living room and dining area that seats 10. Upstairs has three bedrooms, 2 kings and 1 queen. King with private bathroom, two bedrooms share a bath and one has an ensuite 1/2 bath for privacy. The lower level has two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, one bedroom has two twins and one has a queen bed. There is a spacious second living room downstairs with a big screen tv, lounge space dining space and wet bar with sink and fridge.
