Really valued a last minute and quick getaway on Nantucket. Time & Tide was close enough to town and the grocery store that you can walk easily. We enjoyed meals in as well as appreciated restaurants close by. Spent time in the nice private backyard and also had a space to park a car should you need one.
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cottage. It was very updated, clean and super comfy. The location was great and an easy walk into Town.
We look forward to going back sometime soon.
Comfortable cottage, convenient, easy to get around, and Melanie, property owner, always available to help. Great getaway.

I hope you had safe travels back! Thank you for being wonderful guests. You’ll be happy to know light bulbs replaced and toilet seat fixed, door glass clear - please come again!
Beautifully appointed, fresh, inviting, comfortable and well located small house within walking distance of town. It was the perfect spot for our September get away to Nantucket.
This property is utterly charming and embodies the best of Nantucket. It was well appointed, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our two children (ages 10 & 11) loved the loft. I would highly recommend the property for small families!

Excellent! Total ACK experience plus Wedgewood china, loft for a tween, pet friendly, family movie night using iPhone and SMART TV, and access to Stop and Shop. Loved pet friendly Nobadeer Beech.
Great location, exactly as described and shown in pictures. Super cute, quiet and private cottage. Perfect for two couples (with only one bathroom three couples might have been a little trickier)
Cons: (1) Only two mirrors in the whole apartment- made for girls getting ready more difficult; (2) Beds and pillows are a little worn/old; (3) No garbage disposal; and (4) No outdoor shower.
It was a darling cottage. Great location. I would just recommend having cable tv. I think when you pay that price for that size property cable would be appropriate to offer to guests.
This is a wonderful property for a small family like ours, girls get away or if you just need some time for yourself. And who doesn't after the past year. Close to everything. Meticulously designed and a breath of fresh air.

Thank you for being wonderful guests! Would love to have you return sometime.
dirty and grounds very unkept. Pictures ARE NOT accurate.
This property was dirty on both the inside and outside. The grille was disgusting all the beds linens were stained as well as mattress pads...could not sit outside because furniture was dirty and couldn't open door because the lock was broken and screen ripped. Called the owner but never was fixed.

There was major storm prior to arrival which the landscaper cleaned up. The replacement screen door was delayed from covid, and as the fraying became worse during the previous tenant, the caretaker removed the screen storm door. The king mattress is brand new, and regarding the grill and linens, we received no report of this from the tenant during their stay. The cleaner would have been sent immediately to clean the grill had we known. The linens are clean and fresh. We hope you’ll give a try again and apologize for the storm’s making the yard unkempt until the landscaper could get there to remove debris.
My small family of 3 had such a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this cottage. We found everything to be exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was close enough to town to allow for an easy walk to shops, but also in a great jumping off spot for drives to other parts of the island. It was also super quiet. Though the bathroom was relatively small, it was very clean and functional for our needs. The kitchen had modern appliances that made meal prep easy. My 11-year old LOVED the loft area and claimed it for himself the moment we arrived. The king bed was extremely comfortable with awesome linens (we didn’t try the queen bed). Melanie provided helpful information whenever we had any questions and she had clearly put a lot of thought and care into designing the space for guests. We had zero complaints and would highly recommend this cottage for a small family or group of friends.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Unfortunately not what we expected
Although this small house is within walking distance to town, it was not what we had hoped. The property was not as pictured. There are several opportunities for updating (towels and linens, furniture), the bathroom is tiny and outdated, not super clean, the upstairs loft area is not safe for small children (plastic wrap on the mattresses), the front door is fake, and the furniture was worn throughout. These were just a few items that were disappointing. We love Nantucket but unfortunately our accommodations were not comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). We were hoping for a more charming, small, cozy, fresh and clean home. The property owner was responsive to communication, the house just needs some love.

It seems this cottage was not the right fit for these guests. Exterior historic district regulations dictate doors and windows fit exterior requirements so this is characteristic in Nantucket; the primary entrance is as shown in the photos of the open French doors. The bathroom is petite and exactly as shown. We have updated linens and offered extra housekeeping to switch anything out but the guest declined. We wish you the best of luck elsewhere and a hotel might be a better fit.
My family really enjoyed staying at the property. The home was very clean and comfortable for our small family. Beautiful gardens surround the home and it is well situated close to the town center. Great place to stay.
Cute place. Cozy but plenty of room if you aren’t spending a ton of time at rental. Nice little outside seating area. Comfy beds. Best for 4 or 5. Loft has slanted eaves so tight but also fine for just sleeping. Kitchen well supplied. Would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner available but that is my only suggestion!
Beautiful cottage, great location, we had a fantastic time!
