We had a little trouble finding the property because of the intersection with Ayala Ave but it only took a few minutes. Other than that it was great, spacious, great kitchen, comfortable bed and nice living room! Close by to Rockridge and Berkeley too.

Great accommodations in walkable area

We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future. Rockridge Market Hall is one of our favorite detinations and it is easily reached on foot. Also, North College Avenue is nearby.

Lovely property.

I have stayed here before and will again. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and just five minutes walk to Trader Joe’s. I love the cleanliness of the property and the bed is just so comfy. This time I met Jeri and she is just lovely and ver helpful.

Perfect Commute

I was able to stay in this lovely place for a week during a work training. It was nice to come home to a clean and relaxing place after long days of work. The owners were kind and attentive. I would stay here again!

Sweet cottage surrounded by lovely gardens. Great location. Host is responsive and friendly. Cottage has all the features needed for remote work. Quiet and comfortable.

Great Week!

We had an amazing time staying at the apartment! Extremely quiet/spacious and just a few short blocks from the restaurants/bars. We should have used the courtyard more often but couldn't find the time - we will be sure to use it next time!

Great Spot!

This property was perfect for our short stay in Oakland. The location is convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. The unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and available to us. I would stay here again!
