Villa 'La Torretta' is an old English style with a tower in the rock from which you can see the island of Tino with its lighthouse.
Characteristic is the beautiful and bright bow-window of the living room with fireplace, which leads to a green and peaceful corner with a pergola of vines, olive trees and fruit trees. The apartment of 110 square meters is located on the ground floor and consists of: kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathroom and living room with fireplace for a total of 6 beds. The property, newly renovated, is equipped with wifi internet, satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and private parking space. From the kitchen there is access to an outdoor courtyard with a table and umbrella where you can eat outside and cook with barbecue. The large garden is very quiet, equipped with wooden parasol and sun loungers. Ideal for families with children or groups who feel the need to get away from the hectic pace of everyday life to enjoy the tranquility of the place after a day at sea. Visit Cinque Terra

Nicely modified 1st floor apartment. This apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable for the four retired seniors. Hosts live above and were very helpful with everything. The apt is about 20 minutes from the La Spezia train station to then go to Cinque Terre. As mentioned in the description, the apt does not have air conditioning but it was comfortable for us in mid September. Everything worked well including the kitchen, hot water, showers and WiFi.

Everything what the pictures show and the description says is true (now there are to flatscreen TVs, on the pictures are sill old ones). We never had such a clean apartment before and it really is very spacious, the owner replies within minutes and is very friendly. Maybe 5 to 7 min by car to the parking lot "La Vallata", from there about 3 min walk to the beach (at this point there is also a free beach that also looks well maintained and has clean sand) and from the parking "La Vallata" 15 min walk along the sea to the beautiful Port of Lerici. There is also a free bus shuttle service that brings you from the bus stop at the beach near the parking La Vallata to the Port of Lerici but we only used it once because the walk is nice and we did not know how long we had to wait for the next shuttle. To Cinque Terre first 25 min by car to main station La Spezia (Parking underground very easy) and then by train. Actually we liked Lerici the most, walk up through the beautiful alleys (much nicer than taking the elevator) to the Castillo and you have a fantastic view. every night we had dinner at another restaurant at the Piazza with view to the harbour. Also Porto Venere was very impressive, walk all the way to the end where the church on the rock above the sea is for amazing photo spots. Porto Venere you can reach by ferry boat from the Port of Lerici within 30 min. All that information the owner gives at the beginning and a map and written information are in the apartment.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Bei Roberta und Ricardo kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Es ist wirklich alles wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, es wurde nichts bearbeitet! Eigentlich sogar noch schöner und gemütlicher! Wir haben uns wirklich super wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder 😊 Danke für die schönen Tage die wir bei euch verbringen durften.

Logement irréprochable

Roberta et Ricardo sont particulièrement adorables,de très bons conseils, réactifs et à l'écoute des vacanciers. Le gîte très fonctionnel au RDC de la maison des propriétaires est propre et bien agencé. Nous recommandons ce lieu qui vous séduira entre le calme de la campagne et la proximité de la mer.

Wunderschön, besonders der Garten

Wir waren 4 Tage mit Familie und Freunden dort. Die Wohnung ist gut unterteilt. Auch das Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch lässt sich durch Türen abtrennen. Besonders die Terrasse und den Garten haben wir sehr genossen.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus im guten Zustand

Wir waren zu 4 dort mit einem Hund . Guter Zustand des Hauses , gut eingerichtet ( viele Sachen für den Start waren schon da ) die Unterkunft liegt auf einen Berg mit schöner Aussicht. Für Unternehmungen braucht man das Auto . Nette Vermieter die direkt über der Unterkunft wohnen ( bekommt man aber nicht mit )

Empfehlenswert

Großzügige Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und Garten. Die Vermieter sind angenehm zurückhaltend und sehr freundlich und hätten sicherlich bei jedem Problem geholfen. Zu Fuß nach Lerici/zum Strand ist eher nicht zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht!

Wunderschönes Appartment

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Roberta und Ricardo. Das Appartment liegt sehr schön, etwas abseits oberhalb in den Bergen von Lerici, sehr ruhig.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung läßt keinen Wunsch offen, Betten bequem. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort!

Großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger und schöner Lage

Wir wurden bestens empfangen vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Ehepaar. Wir waren 3 Personen, mit einem kleinen Hund. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet . Wir wären auf jeden Fall bereit ,wieder einmal hier Urlaub zu verbringen. LG

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Garten in der Nähe von Lerici

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Roberta und Riccardo empfangen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders der Garten lädt zum Entspannen in der Sonne ein. Wir nutzten auch die Tischtennisplatte unter der Pergola. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln zwischen Lerici und Sarzana. In nur wenigen Autominuten ist man am Meer in Lerici. Es war sehr schön!

Magique !

Super moment chez Roberta c'était vraiment magique ! L'accueil était au top, l'appartement est super pour un moment en famille ou autre, il y a tout c'est spacieux et calme entre les paysages à proximité, l'odeur du Jasmin et les lucioles le soir, c'était super ! on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps, la région est belle à découvrir et pas que pour les 5 Terres ! Un grand merci pour ce moment.

Schönes ruhiges Haus, toller Garten, freundliche Vermieter

Wir (2Paare ) waren 2 Wochen bei Roberta und Riccardo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alle Fragen wurden sehr freundlich beantwortet und wir haben viele Tipps für unseren tollen Urlaub bekommen. Die Gegend ist wunderbar zum wandern und entspannen. Die meisten Strände sind allerdings sehr gut besucht und Großteils durch strandbäder und Hotels belegt. Freie Abschnitte gibt es nur ab und zu. Wir haben meist den strandbesuch mit einer Wanderung kombiniert und haben so auch ein paar tolle und einsame Strände finden können. Alles in allem ist das haus und auch die Gegend uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Hell, geräumig und sauber

Die Wohnung und der Garten sind wirklich wie in den Bildern, es wurde nicht mit Tricks und Photoshop gearbeitet. Das Domizil ist sauber und hell, der Kamin ist an Tagen mit schlechtem Wetter eine eindeutige Bereicherung.Die Küche hatte alles parat, was wir zum Kochen und Wohlfühlen gebraucht haben. Einige mögen IKEA Einrichtungen vielleicht nicht, aber hier ist alles stimmig. Essig, Öl, Salz, einige Gewürze, Schwamm und Spülmittel haben nur auf uns gewartet, für die Spülmaschine gab es auch noch die Reinigungstabs. Für den ersten Abend haben wir ein kleines Willkommenspaket bekommen, was sehr lecker war. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch, es war alles sehr schön und nett hergerichtet. Im Garten durften wir Orangen und Zitronen ernten, aber natürlich auch die frischen Kräuter. Wir waren 4 Personen plus Hund, aber es war genug Raum für alle und im Garten konnten wir dann auch Sonne satt genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, denn sie haben uns sogar im nahegelegenen Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, was für einige Urlauber sehr wichtig ist. Es sind zwei Parkplätze vorhanden, die von den Urlaubern benutzt werden dürfen. Landschaftlich bietet die Ferienwohnung das Schönste Liguriens, Blick auf ein schönes Dorf, Blick aufs Meer und im Garten wachsen Oliven und Zitrusfrüchte. Einige Wanderungen beginnen nur die kleine Straße weiter oben oder weiter unten, Lerici ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Leider hat die Bäckerei im Ort Cerri keinen Service mehr für die Anwohner, sondern beliefert nur noch einige Geschäfte.

A superb place to stay.Tranquil.Free car parking but near to everything

We had a wonderful time at this property.The place was spotlessly clean and there were many utensils for us to use in the kitchen.The hosts Ricardo and Roberto gave us lots of ideas of places to eat nearby and were very kind and helpful.The nearby restaurant in Cerri is highly recommended.Great authentic ligurian cuisine at reasonable prices.

parenthèse enchantée

C'est une parenthèse enchantée dans les collines de Lerici, au milieu de la nature et des cigales ... L'appartement est vaste et confortable, le jardin tranquille, le parking assuré, et Roberta et Ricardo sont charmants et discrets. C'est un point de départ idéal pour visiter la côte (par train, voiture ou bateau au départ de Lerici) et l'arrière-pays. Si vous préférez vous baigner, la plage est à proximité une fois garée la voiture sur le parking obligatoire à l'entrée de la ville. N'hésitez pas , c'est une excellente adresse .

TRES BON SEJOUR DANS LA VILLA DE ROBERTA

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location très bien équipée et très soignée. Les hôtes sont charmants, se préoccupant que tout se passe bien et nous avaient préparé une bonne bouteille à notre arrivée. Roberta parle très bien le fraçais et toute la famille nous a aider à bien organiser nos différentes visites. Le golfe des poétes et Lerici, un ilot "dolce vita".
