The place is located on Marina Boulevard with panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Bay. With over 5,000 square feet of living space, terrace’s, balconies and a large backyard, the Golden Peacock Palace is perfect for tourists visiting for family gatherings, corporate executive meetings, wedding receptions, professional group gatherings small parties and long-term rentals upon request.

4th Floor: The penthouse has 1 Queen size bed, 1 full marble bathroom with a mega Jacuzzi and shower, 1 huge 'L' shaped leather sofa and a large smart TV. There are 2 exits on the 4th floor leading to a huge roof. It has views of the Golden Gate Bridge, presidio, the San Francisco downtown, the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz and Sausalito.

3rd Floor: There are 2 large master suites located on the 3rd floor. Each suite has 1 California King bed, 1 big walk-in closet, 1 full marble bathroom with 1 mega Jacuzzi and a bidet. The Golden suite has an “L” shaped leather sofa and the Green marble suite has a convertible Queen size leather sofa bed. In between the two large master suites on the 3rd floor, there is another bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and a large balcony facing the ocean. There’s also 3 queen size air beds at the house that can be moved to any room for sleeping.

2nd Floor: The second floor has an award winning gourmet kitchen, a large living area, a dining area, a TV area, a fireplace, 1 full marble bathroom with a shower and a bidet, a walk-in storage area, a library area leading to a huge garden view balcony and an indoor orchid garden. There is a spiral staircase leading to a large garden with flowers and fruits. The Jasmine tunnel is heavenly and we have the most primitive flowering trees and plants.

1st Floor: The 1st floor has the main entry door. The reception hall has marble floors and lots of flowering orchids, with a marble staircase leading to the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. The other bedroom has 1 Queen size bed, 1 full marble bathroom with a shower and a bidet.

There are 2 designated parking spaces, 1 in each driveway for guests on property and 1 garage available to rent. There are more than 50 free parking spaces in front of the house at the Marina Green Park. It is generally limited to 12 hours a day (8:00 am to 8:00 pm). Please pay attention to the street signs for street cleaning.

Interaction with guests:
Owner is available 24/7 by cell. Your privacy is respected, though any issues which may arise are immediately addressed. Owner has provided information regarding local attractions in house and also snacks for your convenience upon arrival. Also feel free to contact the co-manager for questions.

Other things to note:
Home is not handicap accessible. Guests must be able to walk up the stairs.

Iron, ironing board and hair dryers provided. A first aid kit is available. Listing of emergency numbers at house: nearest hospital, host contact, parking info, recycling and trash info.

The home does not have air conditioning and is not necessary 99% of the year. We have fans, operational windows and a screened door to keep it cool. The Palace is the only rent-able solar home to provide electricity 24/7.
