I am a third-generation owner of this legacy property known as Rabbit Bluff. The property was acquired by my grandmother in the 1920s, and is currently owned by two families, including my siblings and cousins. Together, we use this property extensively during the summer for boating and fishing, water skiing, swimming, sunbathing, and entertaining. It's a throw-back to the Old Cape Cod Cottages on the outer Cape, but with modern amenities.

What makes this property unique

Rabbit Bluff is right at the edge of Nauset Beach. You can swim in either the calm, warm waters of Nauset Little Harbor, or swim on the ocean side, in the big waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Nauset Beach is one of the top-rated beaches in the world because of its soft sand and natural surroundings. This is the most desirable location on Cape Cod.
