Duplex of 36 m² located in the district of Minimes. A stone's throw from Porte Océane. On the ground floor, kitchenette, with electric hob, fridge, combined oven (traditional / microwave). Also available are coffee maker (Senseo and filter coffee maker), toaster and kettle.

A living area, with a sofa bed, which opens onto a small balcony.

Upstairs, a sleeping area with a double bed, a large closet with wardrobe, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The condominium puts at your disposal a locker with locked bikes. It is located right next to the apartment.

On request, we can provide linen (sheets and towels) at the price of 10 euros per person.

A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival. It will be returned to you no later than 15 days after your departure, less the sums due for the rental repairs if applicable.

The Minimes neighborhood is also a marina and the proximity to the beach.
