X3 night stay

Lovely little studio apartment. Very thing you need for a few nights stay. 20 min walk into the centre of La Rochelle easy along the walkways. One negative is that the apartment is advertised as having AC. This isn’t the case it’s a ceiling fan. Overall good stay thank you

Location à recommander

Le descriptif correspond complètement au bien. L’accueil de Nathalie est très agréable . Le bien est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et suffisant pour 2 personnes. Il est très bien situé : à 30 minutes à pied du vieux port et centre de La Rochelle ; il permet également d’être en retrait des animations, pour ne pas être gêné par les nuisances diverses. Sa proximité de la rocade permet aussi de sortir de l’agglomération rapidement. Seul point négatif, la proximité du trafic de l’avenue Jean Monnet, qui ne permet pas de profiter en silence, de la terrasse, qui par ailleurs, est très grande ( idéal pour séchage linge). Nous recommandons vivement aux futurs vacanciers ce bien proposé à la location.

Studio bien aménagé et bien situé

Studio propre et bien équipé. Wifi apprécié. Bien situé par rapport à la côte, une plage, le centre ville et la gare) : 20 mn de marche. Nous y avons passé une bonne semaine. Confort literie / oreillers perfectible selon notre appréciation. Bruits du boulevard proche pouvant gêner ceux qui sont habitués au calme (ce qui était notre cas).

Pour le bruit de la rue personne ne s'est encore plaint mais je comprends tout à fait qu'on peut y etre sensible. Belle fin d 'été à vous.

Nous sommes venus à la Rochelle pour les Francofolies. L'appartement était à 10mn en vélo du site. C'était l'idéal. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a donné des informations intéressantes pour notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. On conseille 👍

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zum Strand waren es nur ca 600 m. Wenn man am Strand entlang wandert kommt man auch zur Innenstadt

Très agréable

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le studio est idéalement situé nous avons posé la voiture vendredi en arrivant et l'avons reprise seulement en repartant. Nous avons tout fait à vélo ou à pieds. La propriétaire est très agréable, aux petits soins pour ses locataires et très ouverte à la discussion. Je recommande à 100/100 .
