Marais apartment near the Hotel de Ville metro

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (with a small but efficient lift) of a Haussmannian building in the Fourth Arrondisement, the Marais. It is virtually adjacent to the Paris Hotel de Ville and is on a major Parisian street -limited to bicycles,buses and trade vehicles.

It is within a short walking distance of many of the sights of Paris (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, the Marais, the Bastille & St Paul - to name a few). It is a five-minute walk across the Seine to the Ile de Cite and the left bank.

The Hotel de Ville metro station is thirty metres from the apartment and there are many Hotel de Ville and Chatelet bus stops providing access to all major stations and most of the sights of Paris.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests and has been recently renovated.
It is approx 80 sq metres and has two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a sitting room, a bureau/dining room and a small well-appointed kitchen. It has a bathroom with a shower and a small seperate toilet.It has very effective heating but no air conditioning.
