Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this nicely decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club-the largest oceanfront condominium community on the island.

Professionally landscaped grounds feature stately oaks shadowing the gated entry, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the center of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large courtyard offering an oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, charcoal grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 423 is beautifully furnished with a remodeled kitchen and offers a lovely view of the ocean and courtyard.

Stay at Beach Club St. Simons

Great location and facilities and the unit was recently updated. Only maintenance issue is the door to the main bedroom will not close properly and needs to be fixed. Great beachfront area with the pool and enjoyed walking the beach. Nearby restaurants and bars made the location convenient. Lots to do in the area including visiting Jekyll Island nearby.

Ocean view, clean and comfortable

Our family enjoyed trip to St. Simons. This unit had plenty of space, and view of beach and ocean was nice from balcony. We started each morning with our ocean view and ended each day with ocean breeze and view! The Beach Club pool was clean and fun. Easy walk to the beach. Close drive to heart of downtown St. Simons and water park. Would recommend again!

The Beach Club #423 is Excellent

This property was exactly as it was represented online.. EXCELLENT!!! The beds are SOO comfy, the room was clean and bright, and our family had a wonderful stay! We will be looking to visit #423 again!

We choose St. Simons Island as it is the middle point between Wilmington, NC and South Florida. We live in NC and my husband's sisters live in South Florida - we haven't been together in two years. We all loved the condo and wish we could have stayed longer! It was clean, spacious, bright and convenient. My daughter lived in the pool! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for Labor Day Weekend.
