Pleasant single storey villa of 110 m2 with swimming pool and wooden terrace, on a 800 m2 wooded plot in Andernos les Bains on the Arcachon Basin.

Located in a quiet area, close to the bike path and the forest, the villa has a large living room of over 50 m2 overlooking an open and fully equipped kitchen and a veranda.

Great property, but needs a refresh

The location and facilities at the property were brilliant and the property manager, Jean-Michel was very welcoming and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the outside space was very comfortable. We loved that the table and sofa area were covered by the roof so you could enjoy the space in any weather. However, the inside of the property would benefit greatly from some updating and renovation as the bedrooms and bathroom are tired and not so comfortable. The kitchen is fine but, again, some renovations would improve it greatly. The property location and the area is very good though and we had a lovely holiday.

120€ Ă  l'avance et en liquide pour le nettoyage au dĂ©part, laisse Ă  penser que ce sera propre Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, ce qui est trĂšs loin des attentes (photos Ă  l'appui si besoin). Piscine: prĂ©sence d'algues vertes sur les parois, bois dĂ©fectueux autour=ne pas marcher pieds nus (Ă©chardes) et SURTOUT alarme non fonctionnelle. Portail au verrouillage dĂ©fectueux (sĂ©curitĂ© enfant et animaux). Anomalie annonce sur le site Abritel : 2 salles de bain annoncĂ©es alors qu'il n'y en a qu'1. Contrat envoyĂ© tardivement, ce qui ne permet pas de s'en rendre compte. Sinon, sĂ©jour correct dans une maison et un quartier agrĂ©able.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est idéalement situé dans un quartier trÚs calme ou vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et des extérieurs (salon de jardin couvert, hamac,...). Nous remercions Jean Michel pour ces précieux conseils et son accueil! La maison est trÚs bien équipée et vous disposerez d une trÚs bonne literie! Tout en étant à proximité de tout, cette jolie villa trÚs bien agencée se trouve dans un quartier paisible et verdoyant. Parfaitement équipée, tout est là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Seul petit bémol, les sanitaires sont quelque peu passés de mode. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances. Maison trĂšs fonctionnelle la piscine est agrĂ©able et un peu plus grande qu'elle ne semble sur la photo. Plein de choses Ă  voir dans la rĂ©gion. Et l'accueil trĂšs convivial et les conseils de Jean Michel et Lorette(qui gĂšrent l'accueil) sont trĂšs appreciables. Un conseil pour finir: en plus des lieux remarquables du bassin nous avons poussĂ© jusqu'Ă  St Émillion qui est un petit village qui vaut le dĂ©tour et pas seulement pour le vin . Merci Ă  Philippe et Mariette 😊😊

Une trÚs belle maison pour des vacances réussies !

Nous venons de passer deux trĂšs belles semaines dans une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  tous points de vue. Elles est situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel, calme et en mĂȘme temps proche des toutes les commoditĂ©s. Les pistes cyclables sont Ă  proximitĂ© ce qui est un plus. Nous avons pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier de tout le confort qu’offre la maison sans manquer de rien. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, le sĂ©jour spacieux, la terrasse Ă  l’avant bien pratique et que dire de la piscine... que du bonheur. Quatre vĂ©los sont mis Ă  notre disposition par les propriĂ©taires qui ont le souci du bien-ĂȘtre de leurs locataires! Merci Ă©galement d’ĂȘtre arrangeants pour l’arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part. Prachtig rustig verblijf

We hebben erg genoten van het huis. Ondanks het niet zo moderne interieur, had het huis echt alles qua comfort en was het super praktisch. Ook qua ligging: aan de rand van een bos, dicht bij de zee. De ligging was ook voor onze hond Sly perfect. Mailverkeer met de eigenaar en contact ter plaatse was ook zeer correct. Wij gaan zeker terug!
