Cottage 11A was perfect for our family trip to South Haven! The home was clean and exactly as pictured and described. We loved having access to the beach with a short walk and took advantage of so many other special touches of the resort like the pool, playground, bikes, and sport areas. I’m not typically one to stay in the same place twice but would definitely stay here again!

cottage was really cute in R/W/B nautical theme. Lots of towels, private beach, friendly neighbors. Cottage had cooking utensils, A/C, ceiling fans, tv in living room and bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Fireplace, back deck with table and chairs.

Snug as a Bug in a Rug

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival entering the gated community, we felt very safe. There was something for everybody young and old. It was quiet. It was organized. It was clean. It was beautiful and our cottage had all the comforts of a home. Appreciated all the amenities. Both pantry closets were so full. I think it would be nicer if they were cleaned out and a little more organized, it kind of looked like everything was thrown in there. The decorating was very tasteful and quaint. We reserved for next summer.!!

Review of unit 11A at Sleepy Hollow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time in this unit. As expected, it was a quiet unit, nicely laid out, with all advertised amenities. My only complaint would be that not all lights were functional (some bulbs burned out). However, that was not a real problem during my stay and I did not remember to report it after I left.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely pleased with our experience. The rooms were spotless. We called last minute and the lady at the front desk ( older lady) was very helpful. We arrived late at night and we called the front desk to inform them we would arrived 15 minutes before they close. The young lady who answered the phone was very short and unpleasant. She was extremely unhelpful. The young man helped us find our room. He was pleasant. The day we checked out, we had a chance to chat with the lovely older lady who was a pleasure to talk to. We would have given 5 stars to the check in-out process if it was not for the unpleasant young lady.

Great family fun vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Sleepy Hollow this year and last making it now a family tradition. There is something there for everyone . The grandchildren are busy in the morning with arts and crafts or just hanging out on the playground. The pool is clean and safe. Lake Michigan is amazing and having a family campfire at night after watching the sunset is truely the best. Jackie in the office is always ready to assist you as well as all the other employees of the resort. We called to let them know that the screen door was ripped and within the hour they came and took it away and repaired it...
