You can almost fish from your patio! We have on-site boat trailer parking. Watch wildlife and your boat from the comfort of your living room. Bring your kayak to enjoy in the lagoon. We are a country couple who love the scenery and wildlife. We love looking out our door for hawks, deer and turkey at home in Georgia and pelicans, heron, egrets, osprey, fish and dolphins at our home away from home in PCB!!! The change in scenery is just what we wanted in our lagoon front condo.
Why they chose this property
The view and boat dock was what made us choose this condo. We looked online for years and looked at probably 30 in person and this one stood out above the others.

The no waiting for elevator to the beautiful view is one thing we love! It’s quiet and peaceful here too!!
