Orchard Guesthouse Cottage

Come stay at the cottage guesthouse on our family owned and operated orchard & farm in the Palisade area. Our cozy cottage/guesthouse is the original farm bunkhouse located on 20 acres of prime orchard and farm land where you can make yourself at home and enjoy beautiful scenery.

We are located right on the Fruit and Wine Byway, a scenic roadway through orchards and vineyards! If you are interested in driving or bicycling on the Fruit and Wine Byway, visiting wineries, or wanting to relax and enjoy a beautiful fruit orchard, this is a great location! We welcome you to stay at our orchard to experience Palisade country and all it has to offer.

Great getaway spot!

The bunk house was very simple but very nice and clean. In the middle of the vineyard area and close to Palisades and Grand Junction. Wonderful owners! We spent four days and loved it.

Beautiful, Peaceful Setting

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay on a historic, family owned peach orchard. The owners are wonderful and helpful people. I would highly recommend this unique property to anyone who wants amazing views and the quintessential Western Colorado experience.

Quiet, peaceful and unique

My son and I stayed here while attending the Palisade Peach Festival. Upon arrival our host greeted us with two gigantic, delicious and world famous Palisade peaches from her “Z’s Orchard”. Our stay was in the orchard’s former farm worker’s bunkhouse converted and modernized to a comfortable bungalow. The accommodations included a large private outdoor area with tables, chairs and a grill. Overall we could not be more pleased with our unique stay. Thanks Carol and Jennifer for the experience. Relaxing Bunkhouse

Bunkhouse was charming and the swamp cooler (air conditioner) kept the place wonderfully cool during a monster heat wave. All communication with owners was quick and professional. Kitchen contained everything needed to cook. We spent a most enjoyable week in Palisades and would highly recommend this property.

Nice geraway

Carol is charming and the property is located on the fruit and wine trail, very convenient to visit the wineries and fruit stands of the Mesa. When I first saw the picture of the bunk house I thought it was 3 small rentals but it's all 1 unit so you have lots of room to spread out. Decorated in a cute country shabby chic style, this would be a fun place to stay for the winefest

Peach Paradise

My husband and I had a wonderful time spending a 4 night weekend at this VRBO. The unit has a sweet country decor, and we found extra touches like a fresh vase of flowers on the kitchen table and dreamy smelling lavender in the mattresses. We spent the evenings sitting in the private courtyard looking through the peach orchard and watching the sunset. The location is conveniently located to Palisade, Grand Junction, the Colorado National Monument Park, other parks, and wineries. The hosts (orchard owners) were as welcoming as can be. We will definitely return!
