It was perfect for what my wife and I were looking for. Quiet. Comfortable bed. We loved how it was decorated. Gave us ideas for our own house! Had all the dishware you could want. Felt like a home away from home.

This property is welcoming and cute, it is not quiet! The train come through, whistling about every 2 hours through the night! If you stay here I would recommend ear plugs!

We do want to share for future guests that the train passes through the area at approximately 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and the tracks are located about half a mile from the house. For added comfort, we do provide earplugs and a sound machine in the home to help ensure a more restful night’s sleep. Graduation weekend

This quiet out of the way place was comfortable, quiet and all around a lovely experience. We didn’t get to use the hot rub because we were busy with graduation events but we would definitely stay here again when we come to Grand Junction in the future.
