Welcome to the "Gites de la Caumette" in Notre Dame de Londres: 4 "comfortable" cottages, with swimming pool, at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup, between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean, 30 km north of Montpellier in the Hérault. Let yourself be seduced by the calm and beauty of the place.
Gîte LAVENDER... for 1 to 4 people. (35m² on the ground floor).
The shade of Provence blue will charm couples or small families... Accommodating up to 4 people, this 35m² apartment, all on the ground floor, is naturally extended by its two private terraces sunny and shaded throughout the day.
The bedroom, containing a large dressing room, is furnished with a choice of two single beds (90 x 200) or a large double bed (180 x 200). All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
The bathroom offers a large bathtub with shower curtain, vanity unit with a large mirror and toilet.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed (140 x 190), an armchair, and storage space and is equipped with a flat screen TV (TNT channels) with DVD player and connectors to connect your cameras, camcorders or game consoles...
All the cottages are swept by the FREE INTERNET Wi-Fi.
The equipped kitchen area includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, hood, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Senséo, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster + crockery and cookware.
The furniture, in addition to the table and the 4 chairs, offers plenty of storage space.

A washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal in a laundry room common to the 4 cottages. (5€ per machine washed, dried – detergent included).

NEW: Recently, all gîtes are equipped with "Reversible Air Conditioning" connected to a dedicated individual metre. In the cold season or in the very hot period, if you use it, you are asked to pay a contribution. Price: cost price per kwh of your actual consumption. (currently at ± €0.28/kWh).
The Gîtes de la Caumette have a private car park, a bowling green, a table tennis table (outdoor) and a children's play area. You also have FREE access to the communal tennis court (800m away).
The secure swimming pool (10m x 5m) is open from April to October and its terrace is equipped with sun loungers.
The two "ZEN" terraces welcome you to read a quiet book or have an aperitif.
Two barbecues are at your disposal.
A Pool House will allow you to share with us "Co-Gîteurs" evenings at your convenience (July/August).
