I came to this area and absolutely fell in love with the magical energy.
Depending on who you ask Gioiella means 'little gem' or 'little joy'. Either way it sums it up perfectly. I looked around for two years before finding that 'click'. And boy! Was I glad I waited!

What makes this property unique
Villa Gioiellla has a Narnia-like feeling. On one side you are in the local village, surrounded by the dolce-vita of everyday Umbria life. On the other side you have expansive views over the breathtaking countryside and rolling hills of Umbria and Tuscany. Right bang in the middle of wine-land, ancient history, exquisite art, hilltop towns of Cortona, Citta della Pieve, Montepulciano, Castiglione del Lago. Not far from Orvietto and Assisi... and right between Rome and Florence. There is no place of earth like it
