The charming and immaculate cottage-style vacation home is located steps from Captiva’s lovely white sand beach. Lush tropical landscaping of whispering pines and dense palms offers a quiet setting for this cottage here on private Laika Lane, right in Captiva’s desirable village area.

Cutie has a heated pool with an in-ground spa tub, waterfall, and sun patio, all within a screen enclosure.

Let the white sands draw you out onto the beach for fun or relaxation, or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. Or you can lounge by the private heated swimming pool and a spa tub.

Although Laika Lane seems quiet and remote, a short stroll from this excellent location takes you to any of Captiva’s island shops, irresistible restaurants, and activities in the Village. Captiva Cutie has been fully renovated, remodeled, and decorated, and is now in immaculate condition. We provide WIFI for guests who need to “keep in touch”.

The convenience of the one-floor construction makes Cutie a great family vacation home. The generous living room with a ceiling fan is comfortable and decorated in fun tropical colors offset by Mexican ceramic tile.
